I have had this laptop for 1year, 4months. I probably would not buy again. The laptop sometimes goes dark for no reason or the screen gets blurry. I have to close for a while and reboot. This started about six months after purchase.

Totally decent computer for the inexpensive price. Purchased as a work computer for a fitness studio. This thing gets the job done. No complaints. It’s not a demanding job for it, so no frills needed.

Got this for my wife for Christmas. She loves it! The touch screen is responsive and it is a neat feature. She uses it for work and play. The ram and storage meets her needs!

Really good computer. And for the cost. Love the speed, even though it’s an i3 it handles MS Office very efficiently and fast.

My purchase was for an updated/new computer of my last computer. Ease of use was seamless after service transferred all files from old to new computer. Very good service. All my questions were answered completely. Very quick service with my new purchase.

If I find out different, I will edit my review. The computer is very nice. Lightweight, compact, great clarity, quick loading but the sound is so low I can hardly use it. I like to listen to podcasts while working in the kitchen and even with it right on the counter, I can hardly hear it. I turned everything up full volume and still it's low. if this is normal for the unit, then it stinks. If it is defective and I would know if I could reach someone, then I take back what I said.

An excellent entry-level laptop. Speed is acceptable. Better get an external speaker! The volume level on this one is marginal. The black plastic case is much thinner than my old laptop. Overall a good buy.

I like the computer because of the ease of operation. It is a little heavier than most computers, but a very minor problem. The battery life is the only problem.

Did what it needed to do for us but then ran into problems with the motherboard of simply logging in! We only had the computer for 1 year!!

Pretty good. I got this computer to play games and do basic internet stuff. Silly me didn’t realize it was touch screen until after using it for a few weeks, so that’s pretty cool.

I bought 2 of these for my siblings as a Christmas gift. I like this laptop because it's a "mod-laptop" meaning you can apply a ton of upgrades to it. You can upgrade both the RAM & storage. I bought this laptop at $350.00 and it only costs $200 to upgrade the specs to resemble a $1200 laptop. Wow!

Not excellent but not bad. We use it for very basic things like watching Youtube and shopping. The sound is horrible on this so youll need some speakers. Its already froze on us once when logging in which makes me nervous. (It doesnt have much in storage so thats not the issue) If you need something for browsing, email, etc. This works well. We did download video editing software and so far its held up. Battery doesnt last super long either.

Finally had to replace an old computer and finally found this one. The numeric keyboard is a life saver for me because of the type of work that I do. Easy to set up.

Got a good deal on this Dell Inspiron 3000 15.6" Laptop. The screen size is what I'm used to and the 256GB Solid State Drive could be bigger but it's fast enough for me.

I bought this for a specific purpose and it does the job well. Pretty fast and easy to use.

Great laptop for everyday use. Highly recommend and great price.
