Someone is supplying the parts to build these things. Dell just slaps them together and places their Dell decals on them. They're staying with technology, but other than that they are inexpensive, work fine and are easy to split in half and rebuild if necessary,

The SSD drive is small. One SSD upgrade later, and it's running like a champ. The SSD it comes with has an unusual form, but I was able to just unscrew it and detach what I guess is grounding or insulation, and plug the new SSD right in. It's nothing fancy but boots up quickly and performs as expected.

Not Senior Friendly

Their staff spoke so quickly that I could barely understand them, even after aski g them to repeat. Things were not explained well at all. The computer is just what I wanted, but I needed to go to another place for help using it.
