Please keep in mind that very few software is pre-installed outside of the Dell suite of tools to ensure you have the best experience possible using your PC. Those that are included are promotional offers to essential applications such as anti-virus and productivity software. We believe these ultimately provide value to our customers. If you are not interested in them, you are more than welcome to uninstall them via Windows Application settings.

Dell diagnostics indicated a bios problem and did a fix online, but it would not work still. I will say this, Best Buy reviewed my return and promptly returned my money.
