Fast processing is the plus. Flimsy DVD player, power button hard to see when unit is off, and printer is not working properly with this new PC...not apparently Windows 11 related, are the minuses.

I have always been a laptop person. Recently I made changes in my IT status, so I thought that I would supplement my current equipment. The salesperson at BestBuy was great. He spent an hour with me to understand my needs and then introduced me to the products that would meet my needs. He was right on target. The set up was a breeze, the size conserves limited space and performance has been flawless.

Very fast computer! I’m totally impressed by the speed that this computer comes up and processes. Also it runs totally quiet and shuts down easily and quickly when turned off. I buy Dell and this is the best one yet.

Liked the price for this package. The hardware and software it has are good for a general use home computer. Fast response time and internet speed. The SSD hard drive has no heat issues like all of my previous HDD hard drives.

I love my new Dell computer. It works great, is fast, and has really good features that is just what I need. I had to upgrade from my old windows 10 unit and this one was affordable with everything I needed.

Had old Dell Inspiron 660S and was past time to upgrade. The new Dell Inspiron 3030 is great. Speed is very fast, 16 GB memory and has more storage, 1TB than I will ever need. Was super easy to transfer info from old computer to new one.

I bought 2 during Dec. The first one, right out of the box, was defective. Hired a iT pro to install it, & it kept crashing, at least 3x an hour. He tried to work with Dell, remotely to repair it, but they failed. They were no help to me, recommending I ship it back to them, they would repair it and return it to me, via mail. I run an on line business & it was during Xmas, sales, I had run my business. Thank goodness for the ethics of Best Buy, who let me return the defective computer to them for a refund.I ordered another 3030 i7 & had to pay the iT pro. to reinstall the second Dell. The second Dell, works great.

So far so good. Performs well. One thing is the "microphone input" is kind of misleading. It has a "unified" 3.5mm jack on the front. Some documentation calls this a mic input. It's not. It's for a headset with a mic with a 4-connector plug. If you plug a mic in directly, it won't work. Supposedly there are splitters that you can buy that split that connection to separate headset and mic jacks. Waiting for mine to arrive and we'll see.

I bought this Dell computer to replace my old Dell computer. It was easy to set up and runs quiet and fast. I can't get over how fast the start up is when I turn it on, almost no wait time. Very good computer at a good price.

Replced my old HP computer and this one It is very quiet and much faster than my old one. Easy to set up and worth the investment because it saves me time. Windows 11 loads in seconds and I can browse the internet much faster.

I replaced a similar Inspiron that was 6 years old with this one. It is super fast and really enjoyable to use. I highly recommend this Inspiron 3030

My old Dell Desktop would not ac omodate Windows 11. My new Dell Desktop 3030 with I7 processors runs it easily, quickly and very smoothly. Has plenty of storage and memory for all of my home needs as well.

Solid PC for versatile use. The only thing is you have to be on top of the BIOS updates because of the faulty Intel CPU. Would have liked more USB ports, though.

I"ve had privately built computers and I decided to give this Dell Inspiron 3030 at try. Setting up a new computer was certanly interesting. One must set up the ISP Modem and Wifi router first, but after that it's mostly smooth sailing. If you've saved or backed up your files, photos and etc. to the cloud, it is nearly instantly installed on your new computer with a few simple moves...if you've done this before you already know, no more old timey backing up! I like it!

I was a little nervous when my old Dell finally died that I would be have issues with upgraded technology. Thankfully absolutely no concerns. It was a smooth transition. Best Buy did a great job with transferring my information from a unit that died, I only had to contact support one time and it was to locate my massive number of pictures. In less than 15 minutes the tech was granted permission and showed me where my pictures were located. It was simple user error, I just missed the file box at the bottom. SUPER HAPPY with this purchase. I prefer a desktop computer and this one is perfect.

I purchased this desktop for the office, mainly for everyday tasks like emails, document processing, and web browsing. I was super surprised at how well the machine functions on normal day-to-day work operations. It runs smoothly, handles multitasking with ease, and has been incredibly reliable. The setup was quick, and the performance has been solid with no lag or slowdowns. Definitely a great investment for an office environment! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a dependable and efficient work computer.

The tactics your salesman used and the stuff he sold to me weren’t what I wanted. I’m so disappointed in Bestbuy tactics to push you away from the computer system I needed and selling monitors that had to be sent back! I was under time constraints that I couldn’t meet.
