Great until it wasn’t

It would start up fast and was user friendly. It handled Citrix great for my work multitasking. Day 31 I turned it on for work and it said “TPM not found”. I went through the Bitlocker recovery and I thought it was fine. Turned it off and back on and got the same TPM error again. I contacted dell who wanted me to send it to them for repair. I opted to return it since I couldn’t wait for a repair and needed a working laptop urgently. Don’t let the price and storage fool you on this one. The battery life was great and over all it was lightweight and great for data entry but I expected a lot more use than 30 days.

The screen is only 720p and has a matte finish which makes it look very cheap. The track pad also has a very cheap feel to it when you press it. Im giving it 3 stars for the feel of the build quality. The specs are what they are and just be aware before purchase.

I was assured that my new laptop (a Dell) would last and I think it will! I noticed the performance and speed of it immediately and Dell computers is a dependable brand!

It is lightweight, fast, and capable of handling all of my academic needs. There was one small problem where the audio wasn't working but with a quick Dell Support search I was able to resolve it.

This model is the same as one my wife had purchased a few months ago. My only disappointment was the lack of touch screen on this computer. It's the same model number as the one my wife has, and she has touch screen but mine doesn't.

You can not actually use them. Other than that, it is a great computer and I would recommend it.
