This has been great...except for one detail. Every once in awhile, if you are on Internet, the screen will go black for a second or two and then goes back to normal.

I have only had the computer for about one month but so far it has proven to be a very good buy. I had a Dell prior and believe they have very good products. Haven't been disappointed yet.

Dell Inspiron desk top & screen are great. Instructions are good. Time consuming, but only one time set up. I also have computer help for a limited time. Have used 1 time. Thanks.

My buying experience at best by was great, I walked in and over to the computer area. found a sales person and told him of my needs and he hooked me up with my new Dell. I love it

I purchased this PC for home use, desktop remote connection, and backing up my DVD collections to a NAS drive. I had to purchase an external BluRay DVD drive.

Very happy with this unit. Had a HP first but had a problem with flutter and they couldn't find the problem with it so I got my money back and decieded to get this unit instead.

Moving to Windows 10 with this new desktop was a huge move for me. Been a Vista guy since 2008. Not sure if I like all the changes that came with MS Word et al.

With assistance of Best Buy rep Brandon, he guided me through a comprehensive package including a desktop pc, monitor, and printer, and collateral software, etc.

Like the product but don't like the cluttered screen with all the applications that do not interest me. Have not had time to figure out how to eliminate them.

Bought a Lenovo that wouldn't boot up the next day. Took it back and bought this computer. Wish I'd bought it first. Lightning fast boot up and operating speed. Very pleased!

The salesperson actually recommended this machine. It was a good choice for my usage. As of today it is an excellent product. I am still getting used to it.

My parents needed a low end computer to enjoy web browsing, retrieve emails, and play the occasional game -- solitaire. It works great for their needs.

The i3 processor is a really good processor for everyday things. Had a 32 in tv i wasnt using and turned it into my home computer by hooking this computer up too it.

Still getting used to new computer. HATE Dish's int. service though!!! Best Buy in Temple, TX are good to work with, helpful and friendly.

Has performed well for what I use it for. Windows 10 was a little different when going through the initial setup but other than that no problems.

I have purchased dozens of computers over the years. Of all the brands, Dell's quality, reliability and very competent technical support are second to none.

Still learning all the nuances of Windows 10. Hope to be all up to speed in a few weeks. I mainly use this for MS Office, email and Facebook.
