After reading the reviews we decided to purchase this system to replace my wife's slow aging computer. Unfortunately this system was not much faster and there is no real way to expand the system, no spare power connectors inside. I will be adding a SSD drive to it to see if we can speed this thing up, but have to add a SATA power cable splitter in order to do so. UGH!!

My last Dell of four years has crashed and had become very slow, so far so good with the new one we will see.

I purchased this machine so that I could have a good solid computer, however it locks up, causes the mouse to freeze, and this is on a new computer? Boot up speeds are less than impressive, and over all performance is just average at best. - I have been working with computers for 20 years. This is a fresh install of the operating system, with no other programs loaded.

Not to happy with the windows 10 so far a lot of problems with it won't let me delete emails I want to delete wont let me on sites when I type in just to many things to mention> I definitely am not a happy camper, Geek squad set it up for me I now have to have Mike Collins come back to see what is going on

This was a matter of convenience vs. performance. Very loud computer. Fine as a 2nd computer with limited use.

Its a bit slow for a new computer, but it fits my needs. Will ask the Geeks if it can be sped up.

Over the years & many computers, including Dells, this is by far the worst one I have ever owned in terms of ease of use. I ended up having to buy warranty I didn't want & never before needed to have the Geek Squad set it up & still cannot do many things on it that I've not had trouble with before on any of my computers. NOT user friendly at all.

This computer had issues from the beginning. It was difficult to finally get an internet connection and when it was finally established the computer ran so slow it was difficult to download items. Two weeks later it completely crashed and I lost everything that I had no backed up. I would not recommend this computer to anyone.

This computer has not lived up to my expectations. It is slow and often requires rebooting.

I don't like the CD tray - it's vertical. Takes 2 hands to load, makes it a real pain.

My old PC was struck by lightning and I wanted to replace it with an inexpensive one. I took this one home and registered it and installed my Webroot on it and thought I was set. Well the first time I started to play a DVD the door would not open on it on. This continued. I returned it and bought another PC to replace it.

I've had this computer hooked up for about a month. No problems for the first two weeks, but since then the computer has been freezing/not responding on all applications at random times. When this happens, I have to completely shut the computer down. The last time there was a "disk check" that ran while re-starting.

Windows 10 is picky about programs but other than that so far i like it.

the tower is larger than my old windows and the cd reader is cheap!

Good response time, capacity. Fairly cheap CD/DVD carrier.

The system seems slow to me. don't like printer it's to slow

2 days after purchasing our computer it was infected with viruses & malware. I hadn't even had a chance to download anything. Best Buy needs to use a better anti-virus than short term McAfee.
