This was an upgrade as my old computer was 6 years old and never stopped running. This one is so quiet, I never hear it make noise...Very happy with everything about it and Best Buy was a great help in figuring out exactly what I needed.

We had an incident at the office and I needed a desktop in a hurry. I had this up in running in 45 minutes and except for the usual personal touches, was back in business for the next day. Speed is great for typical use by a law office.

I was nervous about using Windows 10 but very happy. Speed is much better than my older 4 years computer. Geek squad did an excellent job of setting up and transferring My data.

This is a great laptop if given the optimization available.

Bought this for a family member who stores tons of pictures. They really love the 1TB hard drive and the processor is fast enough for them to run multiple browsers at one time.

Great computer for the money. Good Speed. I use it for home projects, streaming video, and Amateur Radio programs. I especially like the number of USB and other output ports. Many other computers have limited options.

Was looking for an updated computer. Read numerous reviews and couldn't pass this up as it was on sale. Sure is nice to update to windows 10 from vista. Only negative would be the vertical cd drive. Kind of flimsy.

In 2010 I bought two Dell computers that were about $1,800 APIECE. In January I replaced both at half the cost--and cheaper than ordering directly from Dell. Service was great, and I am really happy with them so far.

This is a great desktop for the money. It has ample memory and good chipset. For a starter computer or someone that is looking to upgrade a couple of components, this will be a good, yet inexpensive option for you.

I am very pleased with this PC. The first unit that I ordered online was DOA. Best Buy was very good about replacing the unit and there were no hassles in doing so. I was up and running with the new PC in no time.

Just what I needed after my old one died. Quick setup, no problems, (lost some data on old hard drive but most was backed up). Used a hard drive to USB cable set to get nearly everything back. Usb3 is fast!

when our computer crashed I knew I needed one that would hold up to the data I had to store. I described all I had to have to do the work in our office. The kind sales people there knew just what I needed.

The speed of this computer is great for gaming and receiving home movies from friends. I'm not a genius and not a real fan of Windows 10 but I am able to get around the system on this system. It shows me how.

I am enjoying this computer. The set up was extremely easy love that it has Bluetooth and wifi.

Bought this to replace my older Dell. Easy set up and good speed. Only issue was the speakers from my older Dell would not work with this computer need to have USB connection. Had to purchase speakers.

I truly appreciate the changes that Dell has made in the past 4 years. I only regret that it came with Windows 10. People assure me that I will come to be more comfortable with Windows 10, over time.

The tower was very easy to set up and get started. And Geek Squad helped me to get everything transferred off my old computer which had a hard drive corruption. Very happy that I took the plunge.

We replaced the old Dell with a new one after a power surge fried our computer. I have always been satisfied with Dell so I felt that I wanted to stay with this brand. It has not let us down so far.
