Great computer for the price and would definitely get another if I needed one. It runs clean and didn't have much if any fluff programs. Shipping was fast and came perfect no issues with the packaging at all. I very much like the reduced size tower format. The machine still has flexibility for future repairs or upgrades, but is compact and quiet as delivered. The cooling fan and disk drive sounds are much less than on our previous systems.

My Dad purchased this Dell Desktop for Personal Use Last year, and he has had no fuss after a single year of Use. The i5-6400, while being the weakest i5 in Intel's Skylake Desktop Lineup (2.7 Ghz Base Clock, yikes), it's no slouch. This Quad-Core, Quad-Threaded CPU will run over any basic Application you can run (Multiple tabs on Chrome, Firefox, or Edge, Microsoft Word, Skype, etc.). The 12GB of DDR3L is plenty enough to handle any application you throw at it. Upgrading is certainly possible, but with 12 GB, you likely won't need to. The HD Graphics 530 is good for Basic work, but Gaming wise, you'll want to stick to a dedicated GPU. Thankfully, this system does have a PCI-E x16 slot for your GPU, so you can put one in here. I recommend either AMD's RX 550 or 560 OR Nvidia's GTX 1050 or 1050 ti. A Simple $80-150 Purchase can turn this system from a 720p low gamer to a 1080 High/Ultra Setting killing machine. Just Try to get a GPU that does not need an additional 6-pin Connector (You can get one, just expect to push that PSU quite a bit if you do so). The 1TB Hard drive is plenty enough for Documents, Applications, and Games. Just expect to use it up quickly if you download or purchase a lot of games, or do Video/Photo-Editing work on this. If you want, you can also get an SSD and put your OS install on it to decrease the boot time. Overall, this is a great Desktop PC for the Mainstream Home User. It gives you everything you need to do basic work, as well as open up opportunities for upgrading to a discrete GPU, More RAM, or More storage.

What can I say, the hard drive on my old Dell (five years old) crashed when I tried to upload Windows 10 updates. As this is my office computer, I needed a new one immediately. Best Buy had a Dell with bigger chip, memory and hard drive than my old Dell and more speed too, And cheaper than my old Dell too.. Was in the store at 11 AM, had it purchased, up and running by 1 PM. No problems so far.

Compact, it doesn't make any noice. Runs great easy to use. It's and amazing computer very fast and reliable. Different well worth the money. The staff at Best Buy was awesome they made it easy and fun to buy this computer. Sometimes it's a struggle to buy a great product. But the Best Buy family made it a great and wonderful experience. I bought this on sale, so the price was excellent. It is fast, dependable, and easy to set up. I'd buy another one on the spot if I needed another computer. The processor is plenty fast enough for the little bit of video editing that I do. I do not do online gaming, so I can't speak to the speed in that respect, but it loads fast and runs well.

I like this computer, it supplies all the power and storage I need for my work and play applications. It was really easy to set up and it boots up quickly. It is fast but not super fast, has good graphics and I like the feel of the keyboard. Overall I would rate this a good value for the price.

After 7 years and a very outdated all-in-one computer it was time to upgrade. We chose to purchase a desktop this time around. We came across this Dell desktop and we LOVE it! It's super fast upon start up and super quiet. Small and light weight! We couldn't be happier! Highly recommended.

The Dell I 3650 with 12GB Memory, A Intel 6th Gen I 5 with power boast And a 1 TB Hard Drive, This machine came with Windows 10, Both are doing great, A lot of option's this Machine is very Fast perfect for Me, School, Family, Social Media. I have 6 Dell Computers all running great.

This computer runs all my programs for all my apartment software. I love the speed of the computer and there is no lag time changing in between different software i use. Th amount of space it has for memory is GREAT. I would definitely recommend this computer for any small office.

This computer has 12 MB of RAM which puts it at a level beyond the price point. The 1TB hard drive makes it effective for use with large storage items and the speed brings us up-to-date with features we have not had in our old desktop. Great price and value!

I bought this computer for my kids to do their homework on. It has been a great computer so far, it boots up quickly. The Intel Core i5 is a great processor for home use, and with a 1tb hard drive 12g of ram it was a great price.

I needed a computer for general use and a larger amount of disk space for pictures. This model actually gave me a lot more with good graphics, extra ram and a processor that does the job. Hard to go wrong with this one for the money.

Sometimes computers just have to be replaced. This is a good choice if it meets your budget. The 12 GB of RAM is more than you normally find, and the Intel I5 processor placed this computer well above entry level. If you multi-task and have more than 3 programs open at a time then this would be a good choice for you. Built in wireless networking is a plus but is being offered in more and more models these days. Try and get one on sale and you'll really be ahead of the game.

Bought two of these for a small local business. Replaced both hard drives with ssd drives and both are plenty fast for any day to day tasks and even streaming 16 1080p dvr security cameras. Great buy for a reasonable price

I have found the system to be very responsive and the 1 TB hard drive should give me plenty of room for apps/pictures. The shortcomings in my opinion are: No HDMI to VGA(or DVI) video adapter included - I had to purchase one separately so that I could connect my 2nd monitor (an older Dell monitor without an HDMI connection). The optical drive does not appear to be fastened very securely to the chassis. When it is in the eject position, there is a lot of play in it and it seems flimsy and cheaply constructed. Even with these 2 shortcomings, I would still suggest this system to my friends as a good buy for the money.

Runs great & the price is awesome! Worth purchasing! Try to purchase the computer when it's on sale. I got 150$ off. The computer overall is GREAT! well worth my money.

After my old computer died, I asked a repair tech what I should look for in a new one. I originally was going to purchase a new Dell, but then I saw this one on the open box table. The price was too good to pass up, plus it had all my requirements. Bingo! Took it home and installed it and I have been in heaven ever since.

Purchased this to replace a 14 yr. old Dell desktop, which is still working perfectly, BTW. The configuration is astounding, i5 - 64bit, 1TB. hard drive, 12 Gb RAM, Win10 Home, couldn't get this driectly from Dell for the money. This was an "open box" item. The condition of the tower was close to perfect and the unit was certified by the Geek Squad. After 6 weeks of fairly constant use, is performing as expected. Love the tower size, Dell really upped their game with this. It's not a "small format" tower, it's their new full size tower and has a substantially smaller footprint than our old dinosaur. This is our 3rd Dell purchase. 2nd desktop and we have 1 laptop. Will probably be Dell customers for life.

This is a great product. Very fast, easy to use with Windows 10. This machine is dead quiet.
