||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to replace a failed tower and wanted something faster than the ten year old system I had but I do not find this significantly faster than what I had...so very disappointing. There was no display model on the floor so had no idea until I set it up that the CDRom is from a laptop...very floppy and fragile. When I played a CD and was jumping forward and backward searching for a specific item, it crashed the drive. In addition, the internal drive is on the noisy side which makes me uneasy. Finally, Not sure why every time we purchase a computer from BB and have their Geek Squad set it up, there are always things missing that we asked them to do. A waste of money. I was supposed to have initial support and when my Western Digital backup drive would not restore my files, they were clueless. They should know the basics of the OS they are selling and compatibility issues.
