I had an "all in one" computer that did not last very long, I was upset that I had wasted my money. I went back to a desktop, like I had always used. It has the ability to do all I need. It can be upgraded, modified to my needs. It has been an easy start up and learning process.

Again, Mother Nature wrecked havoc with some electronic equipment and I had to replace my computer. Dell is smaller in size but has a lot more features than my older computer. Still working on things that are confusing but I think in time everything will work out for the better!

Overall a nice computer for playing steam and origin games like call of duty B03 and CS:GO but does have some issues with battlefront. other than that good computer I due plan on upgrading the graphics card in the future so that should solve my battlefront problem

Had a all in one, and never used the touch screen. Decided to go with the traditional tower type with a bit more power for less cash. Failed to recall that I needed to buy speakers and a camera that were built in the all in one. Bottom line would be the same price.

I love my new iPad pro 12.9 second generation. I love the huge screen size, makes everything I do on it better. It is very quick, has an excellent camera, love it! I have been using the camera to make youtube vids, it is as good as my Samsung S7 phones camera!

We needed a desktop that would run AutoCAD efficiently, while doing day to day business "stuff" (email, etc.). Works perfectly. We are very satisfied.

I need to replace my good old PC tower for a newer one. Reviewing all brands on internet allowed me to select a DELL Inspiration model following my coleages opinions. Truly I am glad I did it. Nice pc tower, good performance and high quality.

Small but powerful. I like the ports in the front. Wish the DVD drive slot was horizontal, but I could see how vertical keeps the tower compact. Windows 10 is okay so far. Much better than v 8.

After comparing several desktops at different stores, I decided on the Dell Inspiron 3650 at Best Buy because the salesperson was very knowledgeable and explained all of the features to me thoroughly. I've had it for a month now, and love it!

The computer crashed shortly after I bought it and the Northridge Best Buy Geek Squad had to wipe it completely and reinstall the OS. If I hadn't made copies of most of my important files to external drives I would have lost a decade's work. The reinstalled programs work well enough (so far). My major objection to the computer is its vertically mounted internal disk drive which seemed so fragile that I purchased an external one (equally flimsy but at least horizontal) that I could use as default if the internal one breaks down.

I have had no issues, except for the time randomly changed today in the middle of my answering emails. I checked the setting and everything was correct...had to change the time and all is well. Other than that, it has been great!

always been happy with DELL , and got all the information I needed from the Sales Associate Kevin in Computers. Also got their Geek Squad protection , so feeling very comfortable with my purchase , Best Buy has great customer service.

Product is exactly as expected. I have used previously several Dell computers and this purchase is exactly what I expected. The quality of this computer, along with Dell's reputation has caused me to date no problems.

This computer works well for its intended usage. It is used for my kids to do their homework and research. WiFi is part of the system and the setup was easy and going in no time. The kids use Microsoft Office 365.

The tower works as expected. It replaced a 2010 purchase that 'just died.' I really wanted the i7 processor, but the store did not have one in stock. I had no choice but to go with the i5. And, it works.

Pretty good for a basic computer .Wasn't sure I would like windows 10 so far so good . Wouldn't use it for a game computer .

I had 1 problem where screen would black out and I couldn't get it to turn on. This was easy fix but took a while to figure out. It's a glitch in the program that needs to be fixed permanently

This computer does everything we want it to do except one thing. The power source was too small to handle the video card we tried to install so we had to stick with the one that came from Dell.

I am impressed with this desktop. It possesses a very strong processor and great memory. For the price you can't get anything better. I have had Dell computers before but this one is impressive.

Computer works great. No problem with setup. My biggest decision was whether to purchase directly from Dell or from Best Buy. I got "more bang for my buck" by purchasing through Best Buy.
