Performance not any better than old system

Performance does not seem to be better than the older Dell Inspiron 660 running the same applications.

Dell "OK", Windows very different from earlier win

Windows 10 is so much different from earlier windows that I have not been able to use for normal tasks. I really need a class or instruction. I was also upset that there was no hard copy instruction manual. I was told that there was a class, but I found out latter that none was planned locally.
