Another flop due too Windows 10

The 2nd time it has happened on 2 different systems. I work from sun up to sun down so now I have to take time off out of my busy schedule to return this to see if anything can be done. I havent had it that long at all. I have a feeling it will be $800.oo down the drain. I will have to say that the peole who waited on me at Best Buy were fantastic Customer Service Reps.
