It keeps freezing with some of the programs and you have to restart it. Very annoying.

It's a fairly good entry leve PC. Case construction is cheap if you care about that. Otherwise works fine.

bought Office Home & Student 2016....was disappointed to find out that there wasn't a version of Outlook on this which has been a problem now that we can't return or exchange to upgrade. I'm not a techie so it would have helped if the salesperson had questioned what my usage was and whether we had some option to access our e-mail. I learned the expensive way!!!

Need to have lessons on Win 10, so many questions. Too soon to know if I would recommend or not.

I am not wowed by this product, i thought it would perform a little better for a $700 cpu

Windows 10 problems, Best Buy unwilling to repair/replace on computer less then two months old.

I had to take this computer back. It crashed after less than a week. I do NOT recommend. I called the company, and they were no help at all. The tech guy had me do the same things over and over to try to bring it back. Very frustrating. I took it back and bought an apple mac.

Had to return within one week. Wouldn't let me sign on.

After years of owning another brand, I returned to Dell. My entire household now uses Dell PC's in addition to our tablets. Dell has in my opinion out innovated its competition while still offering compelling products for the masses. This desktop pc features a quad core Intel core i5 processor, 12GB of ram, Intel HD graphics and a 1TB hard drive. The first unit I purchased had some cosmetic damage so I exchanged it for a second unit and it's gorgeous. The shiny black finish is very aesthetically pleasing however it does show dust and fingerprints like crazy. Initial set up is pretty quick and there is very little bloatware. I recommend denying / saying no to the Dell digital delivery box when it pops up unless you specially purchased software from Dell to be added to your system. In every day use- I find the system to be very quick. I have only used it for basic productivity tasks such as office and web browsing- it speeds through these tasks with ease. If you're able to utilize the student discount with this system its a phenomenal value, however even without the extra discount it's a system you'll be happy with for years to come.

Claims to be 3.3ghz online. It is actually 2.7ghz Does have 1TB HDD, and 12GB ram. My keyboard did not plug and play with this new computer so I had to use the smaller one that came with it. It's a shame, I have spent $125 on my backlit Keyboard and it works fine with others, just not this one. CD drive is a little junky. Hate that it is sideways and feels like your going to rip it off when putting a cd/dvd in it. Could have MORE USB ports. Had to install 4 extras in the back but there is no power source internally for the card, untested as of today so not sure if it needs one or not. All in all, it is a fast computer and meets most of my needs. Pretty much not related but of course this would go on sale 3 days after I made the purchase....

NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPUTER & THE TRANSFER OF DATA FROM MY OLD COMPUTER. MUCH OF THE TRANSFERED DATA WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS 10.

Everything worked out well for us. Would recommend these products and working with the geek squad.

Terrible quality. Had to return twice. Not worth the effort

I am just now getting ready to purchase a new computer. This model was fantastic. It would have lasted more than the 7 years I have owned this if it had not got hit by a power surge during a severe thunderstorm. Looking to buy another as similar as I can find.

This is definitely very good desktop for typical home use. It has decent amount of memory and 1TB hard drive to store all the photos. Pop in a decent NVidia graphic card and you will get decent spec for photo editing software. It is from Dell so you can be assured about it's quality and reliability. This is working really great as home use desktop.
