Got this (open box) on sale. It came with a boot issue when I first fired it up. I think the Geek Squad guys forgot to change some stuff in the BIOS. I quickly resolved it, but I'll dock them a star for this. Fast computer -- it will only get faster when I add an SSD. Comes with relatively little bloatware installed... mostly just the essential Dell stuff. For the price I paid (on GA tax free weekend), this was a no-brainer.

So glad I purchased this desktop. It was quick and easy to set up and is much faster than my laptop. The smaller sz is great too.

I had some major issues with another brand that I had bought 6 months ago and since I have had to have that one completely rebuilt, I went looking for a reasonable replacement. This Dell is faster with 12GB of Ram than the other with 16GB in it. So far it has been an excellent unit to work on.

It's not a gaming computer but if you need some extra horse-power and more storage, this one will do you just fine.

this one has lots of memory and was easy to get going on. easier getting used to windows 10 than i thought it would be.

We picked this up to use in our office, so it's mostly used for running Word, Excel, Publisher, Acrobat, etc. and so far it's been pretty excellent. There's limited pre-installed bloatware and most of that was from Windows 10, not Dell (e.g. Candy Crush and the Minecraft demo). Easy enough to uninstall all of that and get down to business. I do wish it had a traditional desktop DVD drive rather than the laptop-style drive but I realize the small form factor makes that difficult.

My old Dell died suddenly after several years of service. I will only buy Dell. Great computer for a great price.

1st time I've had a Dell. Past years I had Hp. No comparison. Dell was easy set up and run. Lots quicker than my HP.

Everything is working great no prblems.Speed is great for a in home computer. Thanks Best Buy you all are great.

This DELL Computer is the best I have purchased this year. We purchased a HP All-In-One 23" Computer, it last near 2 months of light duty usage. Geek Squad service center said, it was not repairable. So we got a store credit, and purchased our DELL computer. This is the best computer at this price, and it worked out of the box flawlessly. We will never purchase another HP computer again. Buy DELL computers customers. It's the best computers out there in the market.

Typical dell value. Enough for most of daily usage, the only concern is that this do not have enough USB ports.

Great computer. Although, the one it's replacing is 12 years old, so perhaps I would appreciate any upgrade. It's fast & Windows 10 seems to perform flawlessly (so far). Was able to load all my important applications & get my data moved

This is a really good basic desktop. It doesn't come with much software but enough to do the job for the price.

Need a computer and for the price. This Dell is amazing. 12GB of RAM and an I5 processor. Speed is the key.

Easy to use. Plenty of ports. Fast. Just plug it in and connect to internet and you are up and running.

Windows 10 takes a little time to get use to, other than that this computer is great! Plus great price.
