I researched for several months before I settled on this computer. It was recommended by Consumer's Reports, always a good guide for me. When it arrived, I set it up by myself from taking it out of the box, and I'm an 86 year old female. It works with all of my older programs like The Print Shop, which I had thought would not happen. It's fast, and I am completely happy with it. I've had Dells for years and have never been disappointed.

I did a lot of research before arriving at this model computer. It has an i5 processor and since I bought "open box" I paid a very discounted price compared to other model/brands with same performance features. I bought this computer to replace an old one that only had a 148G hard drive and was ready to crash at any moment. Thank you Best Buy for this computer as I just love it's quietness and speed... and especially the price!

Our processor was out of date and we needed a new one. We were up in the air about buying an All-in-one computer and just a new processor. This Dell processor turned out to be just what we needed so we didn't have to buy the whole system because we already had a fairly new screen. Love it and easy to use. The Geek Squad was amazing with transferring everything from the old processor to this one in a timely manner.

for the price (I paid $560 on sale) it's a good computer for basic, every day stuff like iTunes, word processing, and internet. As others have mentioned, the case is a bit cheap feeling but overall functions well once you get around the shortcomings of Windows 10. ClassicShell is a must install piece of software to make it useable.

A good replacement computer for the one that is over 5 years old. Good speed, good price.

I use it for gaming and the system never crashed! Great product at a reasonable price.
