Working so far, but I don't care for Windows 10. This isn't Dell's fault. Keyboard doesn't feel the best.

Seems to work well, but there were problems with initial setup. The Dell I got for my partner in November (an I5 laptop) didn't have any problems

Got this laptop for the best price. Bestbuy store associate gave me price match as well. Good laptop, it has 4GB Graphic card as well which is perfect for one who loves to play games on this laptop.

I wanted to try the solid state drive but I don't find it, I asked trough mail and never God an answer... I don't see what does the solid state drive does and there's no sign of it... I'll try to return the computer but it sucks as I traveled with it....

Great computer when working but kept freezing after about a week. Retuned back to the store

I bought this computer 5 months ago when my old computer broke and I has been great! I use it mostly for gaming and work and it mostly just sits on my desk as a desktop. It can run 60+fps on most AAA games on high graphics and it has good processing speed for web browsing. It is portable but a little heavy if you plan on taking to and from class everyday but I don't have that issue. Sometimes it can get a little hot and when the fans spin up to their full power (not very often) it can be loud. But overall I love this computer and it has been way better than I thought it would be, I would definitely recommend.

fans can get a little loud, but apart from that it's a great laptop. And with an ssd used by the m.2 slot it's almost godly.

I've had this laptop for about a month and a half now. This computer has been quite reliable. The things I hate about it: flimsy screen (it flexes, changes colors and not bright enough), plastic material is a fingerprint magnet, speakers and headphones sound echoey and unclear, It is a heavy computer, and this computer is easily challenged by high-resolution videos (it's not as fast out of the box as you'd think it is). I love everything else in this computer: the design, the accessibility, booting speed, camera, keyboard, the OS, dell support, ease to modify hardware, and the extreme speed of ordinary tasks (using office, photo/video editing programs, and internet browsing).

Bought this laptop for Gaming and Work. I was a little surprised to see it came with a sub-par Intel Wireless AC3150 card. The speeds are horrible. I only get 60Mbps/25Mbps on it. On my MacBook Pro I get 350Mbps/25Mbps on Wireless AC. This laptop needs a lot of work with the Wireless to become a TRUE gaming laptop. Who want's to game when you only get a MAX download cap of 60Mbps.

I wish I could give this laptop a zero. I like a lot of things about it, but after only having it a month or so, the touchpad and buttons stopped working. After complaining to Dell and sending the laptop in to be fixed several times, Dell replaced the it...only for the new one to have the exact same problem! Buyer beware.

I can't expect anything better for this price. I got the product on time without any damage. The performance is good. I will recommend this product.
