This laptop had a very promising appeal. It looked great, had great stuff inside of it, and cheaper than most PCs with the same exact stuff. But this laptop, is a piece of trash. While it at least was able to run everything smoothly, it is made out of, what I believe, the cheapest materials they could find. Screws inside the laptop kept coming out, which caused the screen to not be able to close. It scratches up way too easily. Worst of all, after 8-9 months of having this heap of junk, the motherboard burned out. And it will cost more than half the price of the computer to cost it. In summary, unless you have 900$-1000$ to throw away, Stay away from this laptop.

Dell won't cover under warranty - neither will Citibank. Yay - get to pay $159 to repair a known issue.
