So I got this Dell as a replacement gaming PC. The CPU and GPU specs looked good enough; not great, but ok. I did not notice that the only USB 3.0 jacks were in the front. I have a USB 3.0 external HD and don't want to run the cord around to the front. Also, the audio out is one single jack; no separation for front/rear/sub/center. So I would need an external splitter, if that would work. I thought about putting in cards for these two issues, but there is only 1 open slot, a PCI-E 1x. Hmm. So this might be the right machine for some people, but not for me. Oh well, going back.

My Dell XPS 8300 motherboard died and I needed a new computer. Salesman showed me this Dell and said it carried a big punch for such a small size. Price was right so I purchased it Works just fine. Don't like the way the DVD , CD drive is Vertical and not Horizontal.

Got this as a beginning gaming PC for.my son to play steam games. So far it has handled every game with ease, and my son plays alot

Adequate gaming computer. Meets my 15 year old grandson's expectations.

Like the speed and quality. Just wish Dell would include better diagrams for set up. The back of the computer much different from the picture included in box.

The computer preform well afte rall for the price except for the slower hardrive. It's great for day to day tasks & we have it doing Corel mainly.

This is replacing a HP tower that froze and died after one storm too many, even with an UPS. So far so good. Speedy, easy to use, and love the memory. Yes, it is two monitor capable.

I love the PC, it's better than I expected. Great speed and windows 10 is easier to navigate than I first thought.

Tower looks nice & I love the keyboard, but that's about it for this computer. First of all, I ordered an "open box" first. It said that there was no damage or scratches. It had both, and were covered in dust & cat hair. Second order was new/clearance. This time, it arrived in a box with ZERO packaging, no power cord, manual, just tower, keyboard & mouse absolutely loose in a box. They were just rattling around inside the non-factory cardboard box. It was expectedly damaged. So my third computer(same model) arrived safely, new as advertised. Windows 10 on this computer has more glitches than every glitch I've seen on new computers combined, times ten. It locks up & freezes on a regular basis. Software causes glitches, Google Chrome wouldn't come up at all in the beginning. It was either wait ten minutes, or restart computer to get Google Chrome to even load(this problem seems to be gone with the latest update). Saving images, editing files, even things like that were causing the computer to lock up for several minutes, or sometimes forcing a restart. I know very little about computers, but I've read on one of the websites claiming that Windows 10 were especially having trouble working with the AMD chip this computer has. After my personal experience with this computer, that claim makes sense to me. Windows 10 seems to be a really poorly written OS. Making the purchase, I was caught up on the 16GB of memory, but I was very surprised by how frequently this computer struggles. I was on a budget, so I sacrificed the chip(going w/AMD instead of Intel) & went with more memory, but it's been a disaster so far. I have no idea if things will get better with more updates(Windows 10's been out for over a year), continue this same level of poor performance, or eventually get even worse. I'd have returned this computer, but after experiencing so much problem with the same exact computer from Best Buy on the first two, I just don't have it in me anymore to return the computer for the third time, then shop around again on a budget. P.S. As expected, I don't like Windows 10's new features either. With new features, interfaces, etc., while making improvements, they almost always messes around with something that worked fine, or really well in the older version it replaces. Instead of taking away something users liked & replacing it with something "better" in the opinions of Microsoft people, why not give users the choice? I hate the new photo/image viewer, too.

We've only had this computer for less than a month, but so far, no problems.

Really like the speed, RAM, and 2TB hard drive. Works well. Price was awesome. Poor design on the vertical disk drive and front USB ports. The disk drive presents a serious scratch waiting to happen. USB ports don't hold cable securely .

Great computer! Has worked like a champ so far and haven't had any issues at all. I'm planning on buying the same computer for my dad for Christmas. The computer is super fast and I have really enjoyed the keyboard of all things. I would highly recommend it.

Needed to upgrade my computer to process and edit photos. This has just what I need. Works well. Easy to set up and use.
