    I picked this one with a slower clock speed and the 4 additional GB of ram. The additional ram more than made up for the 2.9 clock speed. I’m very pleased.

    Purchased in July but needed to schedule Geek Squad to install and set up new pc. Installation went very well in little to no time. So far so good.

    This computer is no faster at booting up, surfing websites or opening applications than the old computer I bought it to replace. I'm thinking of returning it and seeing if I can choose a well-rated computer with either 512GB SSD or a combination of SSD and HDD hard drives.

      Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your computer is not performing as fast as you hoped it would. We'd recommend running the Windows Performance Troubleshooter to see if there are ways to speed up your computer:

      1. Close all open windows.
      2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
      3. Click Control Panel.
      4. Click System and Security.
      5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
      6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
      7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
      8. Restart the PC.
