The desktop was easy to setup, is a nice size and fast, but I couldn't understand why I couldn't get the audio to work. After spending some time with DELL support (who updated the BIOS and tried other things) I was told that there is no internal speaker with this model. While I like that there is blue tooth that I can use to connect to Bluetooth speakers if I want to for music, for most of my audio needs when working on the desktop an internal speaker would have been fine. I hadn't occurred to me that desktops were sold without internal speakers.

Purchased this after my 8-year old HP died. I wanted more RAM and improved from 8 to 12 GB. Also, the Intel CORE i5 8th Gen processor was a great improvement over my old HP. At first I was dubious about the efficiency of the 256GB SS drive, but then researched the Solid State Drive, and was satisfied that it was more than adequate to run all programs I require. I bought a 256GB Flash Drive, and will have more storage on Microsoft 365 Personal. But I truly doubt I will need it. This computer is lightning fast, and is sturdy because the Solid State Drive is resistant to physical shocks, and it is quiet and has an efficient cooling system, which should improve longevity. This is not a computer for gamers, or those who want to store an extensive music, video, or photo library on their computer. But for most computer users who still prefer a desktop, this is a top-notch computer for the money.

I finally upgraded from an old Dell Windows 7 Inspiron computer and am really impressed with this Windows 10 Inspiron. It is fast, reliable, and easy to use. A great buy for the price.

I preface my remarks with acknowledging the Covid-19 Pandemic all of us are having to deal with, including Best Buy. And while I applaud Bust Buy's efforts to minimize the possibility of transmission of the virus, I believe they need to cut further back on the number of customers in the store at any one time, or hire 2 or 3 more employees to deal with customers in a more timely fashion. I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to ever get an employee to talk to me, and then he seemed to be a rush to get to the next customer(s). As far as everything else, I was, and have always been, pleased with the employee's knowledge of the products available and how he assisted me in the purchase of a new computer. It is more than adequate for my needs, and I am very happy with my purchase. And, again, thank you for your attention to making your customers, staff and everyone feel a bit safer shopping at Best Buy during this pandemic period.

This PC was purchased to replace another tower. It was easy to set up and is very fast with the solid state hard drive. The case was well constructed and is quiet. We are very satisfied with this purchase.

My old computer died purchased this Dell I installed a 1 tb SS drive from my old machine. Fast computer so far no problems except with Windows 10. Other than that great computer!( No fault of the machine )!

This is my first Windows computer (usually use a Mac) as it is more compatible with what I need it for. I really like all the features and how it guides you through each thing that you need to do. It is easy to use and very fast. I still have some things to learn, but so far it works great. I am glad I purchased this and would definitely buy it again. Also, Best Buy has a price you cannot beat. I highly recommend.

This is a very good computer. It was very easy to set up and is very fast. Love the solid state drive which makes it a great computer for most any setting, especially for every day needs.

Our new computer was easy to install, has the memory and power that we needed which increased our internet processing speed 10 fold. We are glad we bought our Dell Desktop.

This computer is exactly what I was looking for to replace my old Dell. It was easy to set up, it's fast, there's plenty of space for my activities, it's quiet, and it's not too big!

Easy to set up. I have two monitors hooked up to it. It works very well. It's reliable. It was a fair to good deal. Light enough for me to move around if necessary.

Key selling points for me were i5 cpu or better, more than 8gb (12) of ram and a solid state drive. This was a replacement / upgrade for a windows 7 desktop. Performance is good using web and office type applications. I hate the home version of windows 10 but its not for me so its good enough. I setup windows without connecting to a network first so local user accounts could be easily created. Oddly the case has vents on one side as well as the back... so I made sure there is an air flow space on that side of the computer. I uninstalled 3rd party virus protection and enabled Microsoft's defender software.

I use this PC in my insurance agency and it performs very well. It has frozen a couple of times but I don’t know if it is the PC or the programs I use (Outlook, Adobe PDF, Excel). I’ve had to press and hold the power button to get it to restart and unfreeze. I wouldn’t expect to have to do this with a new PC. I bought an HP PC similar to this one a year ago and did not have the same issues. Other than the couple of times this has happened the machine works well. I run multiple apps and programs all day every day and response speed is very good. Memory is more than sufficient thanks to cloud storage I use in OneDrive. SSD is great. Start up time is seconds. Programs start and respond quickly. It’s fun to use and makes work enjoyable.

It must be noted that we took the sales persons advice and put in a real fast processor. Best advice I got. My wife does desk top publishing. She indicated she have never worked on a computer so fast,easy to use. The Geek squad was awesome with help and better options. Increased memory helped her and was able to store all her old stuff wow awesome barely describes our feeling over this awesome machine and the incredible service of the geek squad

I am not a computer whiz, and was very pleased how easy setting up this desktop was. I had no problem loading in the Windows 10 program and was surprised how intuitive it was in getting everything setup. The desktop performs as advertised and I am extremely happy with it. I ordered the desktop on line and was pleased how easy it was to finalize my purchase online and have it delivered to the Best Buy store nearest to me for pickup.

This unit is all that is advertised. It is fast and has a considerably smaller footprint than the than one I had before. I have two slightly negative comments, though. 1) A couple more USB ports in the rear would be useful 2) There is no Windows recovery partition on the hard drive which isn't a problem On the positive side, in addition to the speed and relatively small footprint, the unit is also exceptionally quiet.

This is my favorite Dell Desktop that I prefer to buy for my Business and Residential Customers. Especially, my retired customers who just need the basics, but want speed and performance. Although, the Intel Core i5-12GB Memory is favored for my Business Customers for the Speed, as well. I like a larger Solid State Drive for Business Customers as Quickbooks and Microsoft Outlook can quickly fill up storage space on the 256 GB Solid State Drive. Otherwise, this Computer is my Go-To-PC.

My Windows 7 computer was not working very well, so I purchased this with windows 10. It is fast, but I am not crazy for Windows 10. It is taking me a while to figure it out and I cannot get most of my older programs that worked in 7 to work in 10. This is disappointing. The computer itself is fine. It was easy to set up seems to function properly. Much lighter weight than my old one.
