This computer is fast. The 12GB of RAM and the M.2 hard drive really make this machine speedy. Couldn’t ask for a more efficient workhorse. We’re currently using this as a Windows Deployment Server (WDS) and this fits the bill.

I bought this computer because I wanted something with speed. 12 Gig of RAM and a solid state drive seemed to be the ticket. It has lived up to my expectations and I am satisfied with the purchase so far even though it has only been one month.

Computer is quite and fast . I am not a gamer I use it for home use. I bought an HP from Walmart and had to return it ASAP for it did not even turn on. I doubt I’ll need more storage .I move quite often so the SSD is safer than regular HD.

Very fast bootup with SSD. Has decent specs for typical office use, so no complants there. Use it with a 4K monitor, no performance issues. Large tower so you can install additional cards (eg. graphics card) with no issues.

I knew my prior computer was in need of replacement, but when I got this Dell model, I was amazed as how fast it is and easy to navigate. Great computer

Had to upgrade from Windows 7 to 10. Wasn't sure which tower to get. Between my computer guru and the Best Buy Associate, this model is what we settled on. It is better than I had hoped for. It cost a little more than I was expecting though. Thank you.

This is a fabulous computer for the price manufactured by Dell. For those of you who are new to Windows 10 this computer is a breeze! After unboxing just follow the on screen prompts and before you know it you are up and running. You need to have your wireless key/password for easy internet setup. If you are an Office 365 customer this setup works perfectly once you enter your Microsoft email address @outlook.com. This model is a great replacement for any system that replaces an older Windows 7 computer which is unable to run Windows 10. It worked so well for me that I purchased a second Desktop of a similar model by Dell for my Kitchen desk area! Great for use when doing internet work or looking up that hard to remember recipe. I high reccomend this product!

We just finished transferring all the data from my old to my new computer. So far I love it. Its fast and seems to be a quality computer. It has been fairly easy for my husband to set it up. So far s good!

Needed a replacement for an older PC that was getting noisy (mostly the power supply fan, sounds like a bearing going bad). This one starts much faster, either from cold or from sleep, than the old one (2012 Dell with SATA hard drive and 8 GB RAM. I do see some occasional hesitation (seen as mouse pointer not moving) but that always clears up in a couple of seconds. I'm retired, no heavy gaming or large spreadsheet calculations, so I don't really tax the processing system heavily.

I've had this computer two weeks. It replaces my 12 year old HP. It is absolutely silent and boots rapidly. It is a joy being able to watch YouTube full screen without a hitch on this computer.

Super easy set up. We had this set up with all the files moved over within a matter of a couple of hours. Very fast forward unit, probably overkill for my dad but hey, it may outlast him.

This desktop computer is perfect for home use. I am not computer savvy, however I knew I wanted Dell. The associate that assisted me gave several options with very useful information.

I bought this product for my son to use for the Distance Learning and it's been very easy to use and install. Works great. Very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend it.

Very happy with this purchase so far (10 weeks later). Besides how great it looks, this Dell desktop runs cool and quiet and boots up incredibly fast, due to the solid state drive. My only complaints are: 1) there seems to be a conflict when I leave my external hard drive plugged in to the USB jack when I power down and then boot up with the drive still plugged in. I used to be able to leave it plugged in and my desktop would recognize it as one of the drives; but now, leaving it plugged in causes glitches and errors (maybe it is trying to boot from the external drive?). I have to unplug it every single night, and I am worried that this will wear out the jack plug prematurely. 2) There should be more USB jacks on the front. I use multiple external hard drives quite a bit, because I do backups and also travel a lot and run my files from my laptop too. There are so many peripheral devices these days: cameras, GPS units, external drives, etc. Two jacks are not quite adequate, but the models that had four jacks were a lot more expensive because they also had other features that I didn't really need. Overall, this is a great basic computer.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my system, especially the solid state drive, as well as the processor and ram specs. Adding another hard drive and a surround card was a breeze as well with the case design.

So far this desktop has been great! We actually purchased 3 for our office. Super easy set up and works fast. We had geeksquad upload some software, had it back within a day or so!

Performs all the functions of a desktop and very fast. I don't really tax its capabilities, but I like that it is fast and quiet and not too large.

This is a great machine for basic office setup!! I actually threw a SSD in it too, and it performs really well for such a cost effective computer. Thanks...... Great deal!!!!!

I am not a gamer, but I hate waiting for apps to load, etc.. With the 8th gen i5, 12GB mem and SSD drive everything loads, including reboots quickly. I couldn't be happier.
