Their DVD RW Drives were so much sturdier and well made. Keyboards were better as well, but do like the new one...hope it all holds together for a long time!! I do miss the Windows 7 operating system!!!!!!!!! It'll be fun learning about Windows 10 though. I was forced into it, but will adjust. I plan on using it to do editing and making home DVD's. (my hobby) Overall it seems to be a nice system, and would buy again.

I went from a 14 year old XP to this new one. I'm a simple person and this fits with what I use a computer for - e-mail and surfing the web. My last computer was a Dell and I assumed a new Dell would be as good - and, far, it has been.
