We haven't used it yet. Still transferring data from the old to the new. The only problem? The customer service rep at the return desk made us feel like we dropped and damaged the computer, and that our computer tech was too inept to detect that it was broken. IT FEELS SICKENING TO BE JUDGED LIKE THAT.

Haven't had it for super long, but I love it so far as the processing power is great for the daily tasks I use it for!

This machine was a nice compromise without being over the top expensive.

excellent choice - replacement for an older Dell

Best Buy Geek Squad di a great job doing this, but after a few months it became necessary to look for a replacement. Again, great service from Geek Squad transferring all data etc.

I was told when I bought it that there would be no problem. I will keep looking for help.

Dell Desktop

He wanted a computer with a CD ROM and a fast CPU. This did the trick for him. On the down side it only comes with a 256 GB M.2 SSD and no other HDD.
