The new tower is working really great especially as I am a older person and not a computer expert. It replaced a Dell XP that was about 8 to 10 years old. So far I am very happy with this new one and it is doing generally what I ask of it.

I had no issue with this desktop, recommenced getting 24 inch monitor like I did. Works great for word processing, email and watching movies

This desktop has been one of the wisest choices I have made recently. My wife uses a desktop much more than myself, so the price and the power of this package was too good to turn down. The processing speed, hard-drive, memory is perfect for what we do with out home computer.

This was bought during Black Friday special. It's a higher end basic desktop that does a good job. Windows 10 is better than the previous couple versions of Windows. The speed is excellent, the video card does the job, and the processor speed is very good.

I hooked up my Dell and it froze while setting up. I contacted Dell. I was told after all the remote tests were run that it was a software problem. They said I could wait for a disk to be mailed to me or contact Best Buy. I went to Best Buy. It ended up taking two days to restore the software and to do updates. I brought it home and hooked it up. It is running okay. It sometimes hangs up. Is that Windows 10 causing the problem like I was told or not? I have had Dell for years. I am not sure if I would buy another one after this. I can't compare it to my other Dells because of Windows 10.

Got this computer on black Friday for a great deal. It replaces a 20 year old desktop and has been great for general household use. Having a big hard drive is a plus for storing lots of pictures.

I bought this computer to replace my Dell that had Vista. It was getting outdated and I needed to upgrade with Windows 10. So far I have had no issues and I am very happy with this purchase. The price was excellent.

I have always liked Dell products. Good value and solidly made. I needed a good all purpose machine to replace my aging Toshiba laptop. I did a lot of investigating and compared dozens of computers and this came out the best value.

I have no complaints a black friday purchase with monitor and for the money I find it to be a great purchase. I am not a gamer so I found the processor and memory to be all I would ever need. No overheating problems for me either.

I was in the market for a new pc. Saw the deal on thanksgiving & bought it. My first time buying a Dell desktop pc. I am very happy with it. Very smooth and fast. So far so good.

i was lucky to find an open box pc in my area for less than $500. it was worth almost an hr drive to pickup this pc...... upgraded the RAM to 16 gig. still trying to upgrade the hdd to ssd but not as easy as windows 7.

Happy with the performance but wish it had more options for different memory slots, Everyone doesn't just use a SD card

Been a long time since I put some trust into Dell, this computer rig is a great place to start for home computer/family computer wise, will have to upgrade the graphics card if light/medium gaming is wanted.

Have had this desktop for approximately 2 months now. Hasn't missed a beat. Solid performance. Perfect for my needs.

Beware; the size of the computer is enormous when compared to the new compact models. (Size queens would be thrilled) It is also surprisingly quite noisy, making clunking noises. Should I be concerned? While the computer runs quite fast, it has already frozen up on me a couple of times. Would not purchase again.
