Only issue we've had is with GPU driver version compatibility with certain games. This is a good computer for dual use Office productivity and occasional gaming.

I don’t know if it’s upgradable and I don’t really want to try since I’m not a computer builder type of Person. Would love it if anyone knows if it is and has a video on YouTube showing how to upgrade components.

Also the specs are good but hte internal hard drive is so slow! I put in a SSD and installed ubuntu 19.04 daily image and it is so fast. I had to disconnect internal HD to connect the SSD due to the way the power supply cables are. Both ram slots of 8GB each are taken so you will lose those 2 sticks if you decide to upgrade. THis is very good for a linux dev machine. It was so slow for Windows 10.

But what I thought was a good out-of-box discount price, I found it new for much cheaper from Dell themselves a month later. Other than that it’s been running great months later.

Had to load free games that came with the purchase, that took a bit of back and forth getting codes, and 3 games with 3 diff. game sites to set up accounts with, but ..free is free. This computer is BIG, and beautiful. Plenty of usb and assorted other ports. Hooked to my tv for a monitor and works great. Great purchase. (Dell even auto checked the system without my having to instigate it.)

Cpu its the best part lighting fast. Im happy with this computer.

Problem with M.2 SSD slot

However, I'm having an issue with one of the m.2 SSD slots. It looks like this desktop comes with 2 x m.2 sad slots but one of the slots is not recognizing nvme SSD. I tried with both Samsung Evo and WD black but not be able to find them. HELP!!!...
