So far am really enjoying this computer. Setup couldn't have been simpler. Not having many difficulties changing form WIN XP to WIN 8. Love how little space it takes up in my office. Being an impatient person, I wish it were a little faster on downloads. Currently checking with my internet provider, and problem could be with them and not the computer.

Buying electronics scares me. However, my experience at Best Buy was not the least bit scary. Employees were very helpful. My new home computer and accessories are wonderful. I use the computer every day and am learning more each time. I feel comfortable knowing that I can call for help if I need it. I love the cordless keyboard and mouse I purchased with the all-in-one computer. I just wish my home office was as beautiful and sleek as my new computer!

I like this computer for it's many features and price .

It doesn't use a lot of ink. Budget friendly. Very easy to use and setup was a breeze. Love it except for the pages feeding in at the same time and then it is printed on all 3 pages instead of one. Have tried to separate papers and still a problem.

The computer itself is great and I like the all-in-one concept. It reminds me of when we shifted from an old "box" TV to a new flat screen model. The store had a marked-down, "open box" model available, with a nice price savings. The Geek Squad added another 4GB of memory so I could work on large projects at home more easily. After I brought the computer home, however, it kept crashing, so it went back to the store where we discovered that the original 4GB memory was defective. Once that problem was fixed, the only challenge has been trying to figure out how to get Windows 8 to do what I want to be able to do. Unfortunately new computers now come with Windows 8 which has a steep learning curve and many quirks -- not the fault of the computer! Except for the initial delay in getting everything working, I've been happy with the computer.

To have both options, Built-in high-speed Wireless LAN and Built-in Ethernet LAN is a bonus especially when considering having a 'home based business' (Built-in Ethernet) is required for most home based businesses. Encountered no problems when setting up and enjoy the 20' screen. Viewing live 'streaming' is great!

This model fits all of my needs; was easy to set up. Recommend to everyone.Very nice computer. Easy set up and picture is very clear.

It a great computer but things like MS office or at least word should be included on these machines, also adobe reader would be nice. Dont know if other computers come with these apps but with the amount of pre-installed apps they definitely should be. Also the new desktop style is very confusing and unclear especially for someone using a mouse. if it were a touch screen it might be more intuitive but still confusing on how to get to basic areas ie Start menu, there is non to be found or at least in the last month i have not found one. The dashboard button is pointless might as well be a screen saver everything on there is useless information that is most likely taking up valuable computer resources. This computer is used to create labels using adobe illustrator and is attached to a high end commercial label printer. Have only had a few screen freezes that sorted them selves out after a few seconds. Overall great computer for the price.

This desktop is exactly what we wanted for our small business. It is reliable and fairly easy to use. We needed to upgrade due to no more support for Windows XP, and this computer was very reasonably priced. It runs very good and we are happy with it.

I bought this primarily for my step-daughter for her online schooling. It work perfectly for her. As I said above though, not too happy about the wired keyboard and mouse and that it's not a touch-screen, but other than these gripes, I like just about everything else about it. There's no tower to collect dust under the desk, the flat- panel monitor takes up very little space yet has a good viewing size to it, it has plenty of USB jacks and a disc drive for CD's and DVD's.

This is one of the better starter computers out there. It is fast, reliable. I only wish I had the option of sticking with an older version of Windows.

As stated above, the size is right, the performance is as expected, and there have been no problems.

I put off replacing my old PC because of the hassle but now I wish I had done it much sooner. I had the Geek Squad set up my system and create a backup for me. Then took it home and set it up with ease. Love Best Buy and Dell products!

Purchased this computer on open box for business use. Only do basic web based tasks. Overall - it works really well. There are times it runs slow, but overall, what I need. Windows 8 is a pain to get used to - but had no other choice. Would highly recommend wireless mouse/keyboard when purchasing. Comes with mouse and keyboard, but require USB connection. I don't like wires :-)

After three weeks of use it wouldn't connect to the internet....the Ethernet driver had to be reset.

This computer was purchased to replace my mother-in-laws computer that had broken down. Mom is not real tech savy so I looked at reviews and simplicity when making this purchase. It wound up being a good for her and was very easy to setup! Combined with the warranty and tech support mom is able to do evertying she likes on the computer (banking, shopping and gaming) with little assistance from me :). Thanks Dell and Best Buy for a great product!
