The Dell - Latitude 13.3 Refurbished Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 256GB Solid State Drive - is all I expected it to be. Performance is great; speed, multi-tasking, and wifi connecting. A little disappointed in the powercord that Best Buy sent along-a generic instead of the Del original. When plugged in it hums all the time. When I called Best Buy about I was directed to come in to the store-I could not deal with it over the phone-and when I went into the store, waited in line, and spoke with a Geek Squad technician he stated that I just will not get the same performance from a generic cord as a Dell cord; and offered that a laptop really shouldn't be plugged in all the time anyway, so I could just unplug it. Then I would only have to listen to it when it was charging. Really? When I suggested that I had planned to have it on a docking station, on which it would be plugged in all the time, he just shrugged his shoulders and repeated that laptops really shouldn't be plugged in all the time. When I was helped, by a Best Buy employee, to find a docking station for this machine, they sold me one that does not work for it, so i got to go back to the store and return it. In summary, great machine, a little lacking in customer service and technical assistance from Best Buy and Geek Squad.

This computer's keyboard is nice, the battery does not last super long, and it is definitely thicker than, for example, and Apple Air, but it has the SST and that is awesome. I only wanted to spend $400, and I am very satisfied.

so far, runs fast, i enjoy waching movies, upload documents, the antivirus ok, microsoft office ok..battery life, until know it is ok, come with original charger,clear 13.3-inch screen, the DVDRW drive ok. Very satisfied with this purcharse

For the price it is a good buy. The laptop is very elegant one to have.

Excellent product, better than I was expecting, Ideal for the use I`ll give to it (work and study)

I tried to purchase the listed refurbished computer to be fulfilled by Joy Systems but they sent me the wrong computer. It lacked a camera, had fewer Usb ports than listed and had a mini rather than standard Hdmi port. Annoying since I spent a number of hours updating software before I discovered the discrepancies. New glue-on key pad covers had been added for appearance and the tactile sensation felt a bit "off" to me; I would rather have had the slightly worn original keys. The battery was oversize (sticking out the back) and registered an error message during set-up. I understand that batteries in refurbished computer are used and often near the end of their useful life but this appeared to be an additional problem. On the plus side, it was delivered ahead of schedule and did come with good directions. I returned the computer to a Best Buy store and was well-treated by customer service who discounted a similar open box computer. This netted me about $100 extra out of pocket but I did get a newer computer.

received my laptop quickly! came in great condition and runs great. quiet and w/ no incidents. Upgraded Windows and was ready to go.. plays audio and dvd"s good. this will be a great laptop for me.
