This refurbished Dell laptop was in great condition! Works great!

It only worked for 1 year + less that 1 month! I'm very disappointed. I've bought MANY refurbished items before. Of course, the warranty was only for 1 year!

computer is awesome, super fast, excellent battery life at least 6 hours of constant use, much longer on battery save mode. plastic smell coming from keyboard, reported as a problem on the 6300 series but not this one, has to be the same keyboard problem, I will reach out to the manufacturer/refurbisher on monday. also the charger they sent seems suspect, maybe its just well loved. all in all, i will be pretty happy if i can get a new charger and this keyboard airs out.

I was happy with the price and one-year warranty provided with the refurbished computer. The computer was in excellent shape, just like new. It was cheaper and had a better warranty than what I found at Walmart's website. If this device's long term performance meets my needs, I won't hesitate to buy refurbished again.

Bought this computer for my son so he could play on-line games with his friends. Was looking for something low in cost, reliable, fast, quality name, and good customer service (it is a refurbished computer). My son was very excited and counted down the days from order to delivery. It was a significant positive when the computer was delivered two days before it was scheduled to be delivered :). Set up was easy, and computer looked bran new. Currently it gets 2 stars as within the first couple of days the screen started having flickering lines randomly. It is not a constant problem and when it does occur shutting the computer down and restarting it fixes it temporally (until it happens again two or three days later). I have have sent an email to "joy systems" asking about how to proceed with this problem and what they recommend to fix the problem long-term. I will keep you up-dated on their response and may increase or decrease the rating based on how they handle the problem/situation. I clicked no on recommending to a friend based on the screen flicker problem (again, open to changing this based on reply from Joy systems)

Needed VGA, USB, and HDMi in a compact package for mobil presentations. Came with Win 10 Pro setup - I did have to figure out how to activate it but was simple. Also came with DVD as bonus! I was unable to find these features for a better price.

Looks new, no visible scratches. little heavy to carry everyday to college though, but it does the job.

It came so fast, even before the estimated date. This laptop is really amazing to bring with me to college. It's light and not noisy at all. So far, I had no problems with it. I'm glad I picked this one, best purchase of this year!!!

Delivery was very quick , no hassle at all. Laptop looks brand new, started with no problem. I wanted to have Solid state drive, so chose this one, it's working great , only thing is its bit heavy.

The graphics card on this laptop is amazing for the price! It's a good laptop because it has good components for a cheap price so those who need this for a certain class but don't want to spend too much money, this is perfect.

I order the laptop to replace the 10 year old Dell my wife uses. I was looking for something durable and would last her another 10 years. Instead of purchasing a brand new laptop that would be overpriced for her needs I went with a reliable refurbished laptop. BestBuy and JoySystems (Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher) sent a very clean laptop that was easy to set up and go. The CPU speed is great, battery life is very good and wifey is happy. Say no more !!

Computer was delivered as scheduled. They put a new skin on it so it looks very good cosmetically. The battery wobbles for some reason. It comes with a one year warranty so plan to see if the refurbisher can fix. Otherwise, the laptop seems to work fine. So far so good. Will update the rating after more time has gone by.

I am satisfied with the purchase, I wanted a laptop for personal use at home. At first there was a problem with Windows activation, but with the help of technical support team it was resolved easily. So far everything is good though its refurbished.

This was advertised as having Backlit Keyboard. It does not have backlit keyboard!! Very disappointed!! Everything else was as advertised and well appointed for a refurbished product. Returned to Best Buy and reordered the refurbished HP Elitebook, which was lower in price but has a backlit keyboard.

Left Click Track pad button going bad I have no inclination to return the laptop and will think twice about ordering anything major from Best Buy again
