Awsome computer. The performance as hard drive, memory and etc its fine, but there is no web cam, so I have to buy one to put in the laptop. Its worth of money

This device was a great pick for the price. It was a primary purchase for back to school. Good speed, qiuckly connects to wifi, backlight keyboard is priceless.

Bought this refurbished laptop for my cousin because her old laptop finally gave out and so far she's enjoying it !

If I could give less than 1 star I would. It was sent without a power cord. When I called they sent another bad cord. When I took it into the store I was laughed at and told they don't sell a cord for this computer. Why is it being sold if you can't power it up. I will NEVER buy anything online from Best Buy again and it's still on their website for sale.

Could hear Cortana speaking when I turned it on but, screen didn’t work. The off brand charger was loose in computer socket so it had to be sat on the counter to charge, and 2 pads on bottom were missing and there was dirt in the keyboard. That’s as far as I went before returning it for a refund. It was shipped securely though. Really expected more.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible!! Just horrible. Sent back 1st one - didn't work. Sent back 2nd was just horrible. Speed was nothing, stuff wouldn't load!!

This laptop is a business quality unit. It has great features with an i5 process and Windows 10.

I realize that I should expect a piece of junk when I pay less than $300 for it. Also, Best Buy knew it was junk when they made the return period only 15 days. Two months after receiving this laptop, it has failed. It will not recognize my password. It takes more than 15 minutes to completely boot up. It has become completely useless and I haven't even used it enough yet to change any settings. Don't be cheap like me. DON'T BUY THIS!!!!!

The laptop works perfectly fine! It is just like a completely new laptop.

First and foremost the laptop came with a large hole in the front of the laptop as well as an uncoved slot on the bottom, meaning if it even remotely gets wet it's going to stop working. Second the heavy duty material used on the touch pad was poorly place back together and hinders movement which makes it feel unresponsive. Recommend not buying or returning this laptop.

I got this lab top refurbished, but I was sent something totally old even the key board frame had a cover all over to cover the damage, and not even well put together. A real scheme. It should be required to companies to specify the real age of a refurbished item. I was just glad that I was able to return it, at Best buy! without even setting it up.

Laptop was ok. Mouse pad did not work. Pointer on the screen would jump around. Returned the laptop after a week.

model was from 2007 and was not upgraded to newer operating system. the stem was lock under administrator pass code and geek squad said take for return. I liked the model if had more help and updates i would have enjoyed it

An extremely heavy laptop compared to products available now. Also felt like the screen was going to leave the keyboard at any moment. Quality very low by Best Buy standards!
