    I will not purchase a computer from Best Buy again. They didn’t ship me this computer, they sent a printer ink cartridge. When I called them to get the issue resolved they never shipped the computer or issued the refund. They stole over $400 from me.

    Good daily use laptop. Case feels solid for being plastic, and the keyboard is responsive. The trackpad does take a bit to get used to. Clean design of system overall. Computer is an ultra-lite model. This means there is a limited ability to customize system components post purchase. SOC construction with RAM soldered onto board. Only the SSD can be upgraded post purchase. There only one gen 3 USB-A port, and no ethernet connection.

    Te display on this computer is very dull and poor quality, It is heavier than most and is quite bulky. I was not at all happy with it and returned it for a Lenovo with an OLED screen.
