Very sleek laptop. Easy and fast to setup. I like that the laptop keyboard lights up in dark lighting. I work at night in bed sometimes so thats helpful. Has a usb C charger also helpful. Not heavy at all. Good price too!

I purchased this laptop to replace my Dell Inspiron that I’ve had for a decade with some minor replacements of RAM and SSD by my tech-savvy brother. I really just wanted a new updated laptop that functioned in much of the same ways. I love the smoothness of it, the audio quality is wayyy better than what I previously was working with, and I still love that touchscreen functionality. The battery life has been very impressive as my old laptop practically lived on the charger. The only thing I’ve found even remotely annoying is that sometimes the finger print scanner doesn’t work and I wish that it would more seamlessly transition you to putting in your PIN or password. But overall, I’m very happy with my purchase!

Good computer, paid extra for one day shipping and it came in the next day. I like that it has the finger ID for extra security and light up keyboard when working at night

Have only had for a couple weeks. Came from a Lenovo Yoga which is hands down a better built laptop but if you can get this on sale for under $500 it’s a great buy. Very fast start up and stable so far.

Good one for every day tasks. Feel of the laptop is good, doesn’t feel cheap or plastic. Premium finish. Battery life is so far very impressive. Overall, good pick for everyday tasks.

Very efficient. I had purchased other 2-in-1 laptops, but aside from being expensive, they had some limitations. However, this laptop is very decent for its price, and its tablet functions work quickly. My first impression has been good.

Good laptop for the price point. Long battery life, keyboard illuminates which is nice, plenty of ports. The trackpad feels cheap & very plasticky and unfortunately the box that mine was delivered in was damaged. The shipping box was fine, but the box that was packaged by BestBuy was damaged. The unit appears functional. T

From the very first moment, this laptop surprised me. Its design is modern, lightweight, and elegant, perfect for taking anywhere without adding too much weight. The screen has excellent image quality, vibrant colors, and good resolution, ideal for both work and watching series or online classes.
As for performance, it's fast and smooth. It opens programs without a problem, browses the internet without lag, and allows you to work with multiple windows open simultaneously. The battery lasts a long time, which is perfect if you use it outside the home or in the office.
The keyboard is comfortable, the keys are soft and quiet, and the touchpad is very responsive. It also has good sound and enough ports to connect everything you need.
Ideal for students, office work, administrative tasks, and everyday use.
Excellent value for money.
Without a doubt, a purchase that's totally worth it. I recommend it 100%!

I had battery issues from the get go. I had a message that said battery is defective during set up. It went away. A couple of days later it would not turn on or charge. I returned it.

I am satisfied considering the comparatively reasonable price, but there are pluses and significant minuses compared to my 12 year old Dell laptop that I purchased in 2013.
Plus 1: I thought that my old laptop was fast as can be, but this one is considerably faster. I don't know if that is due to Windows 11 over Windows 10, the fact that the hard drive is 100% SSD compared to the old one being SSD only for boot up, or the higher amount of memory.
Plus 2: It is more compact and much lighter and more portable. But the size is also a negative (see below).
Minus 1: Old laptop was a 15 inch screen and I wanted the new one to be at least that. But this is 14 and the 15 inch laptops with similar features are disproportionately more expensive.
Minus 2: This is my major complaint. I came to the store looking for a laptop that like my old one, would have a dedicated graphics card. My old laptop gives me incredibly sharp and beautiful HD images. I'm not a technical person and I didn't have the opportunity to do the consumer research I ordinarily would do, so I was dependent on representations of your sales staff. On this issue of the graphics card, I feel that I was gaslighted when they told me that if I'm not a gamer, that video and streaming images would be equal to the Invidia card imagery I had on the old laptop even though graphics are integrated on the new one. That's just not close to being true. The image quality is good, but it is significantly inferior to the quality of the old laptop with the dedicated graphics. I looked at other laptops available in the store that had dedicated graphics and 15 inch screens, and they were close to triple the price!!! That seems outrageous to me when the only significant differences are dedicated graphics and a display that is 1 inch larger. I do realize that is not a Best Buy issue - more of a manufacturer's issue, but I didn't appreciate the disappointment of taking it home and realizing that the representations made on both of those issues were not really accurate. I was told that I could return it in 60 days if not satisfied, and that may happen. I haven't decided yet.
Minus 3: Relating to Best Buy specifically and not this laptop, I was very disappointed to learn (if I understood this correctly), that "Geek Squad" membership fees are now charged separately for purchases made from different departments rather than my prior understanding that a single membership applied to all purchases made. I plan to buy a new TV in the short term. When I renewed my membership I assumed it would cover both this laptop purchase and an anticipated TV purchase. But I'm told that it is a separate fee! If that is the case, my TV search will widen to all potential sources of purchase. If my membership also applied to services applicable to a new TV, then I would find a TV at Best Buy.

The Dell Plus 2-in-1 14” is everything I wanted in a modern laptop. The 2K touchscreen is vibrant and smooth, making work, browsing, and streaming a joy. Powered by the Ryzen AI 5 with Copilot+, multitasking feels effortless and future-ready. With 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD, it boots fast, runs heavy apps without lag, and offers plenty of space. The 2-in-1 design adds real versatility—laptop for productivity, tablet for creativity, and tent mode for entertainment. Lightweight, stylish in its midnight finish, and long-lasting on battery, this is the perfect balance of performance, portability, and premium design. Truly a laptop that exceeds expectations!

I got this Dell Plus Copilot+ PC 14" open box, and honestly, it was a great deal for what I’m getting. The 1440p screen is very responsive and bright. It also comes with a free Copilot subscription and PC Game Pass, which is a nice bonus. Battery life has been solid so far, and it handles both school projects fine.

I paid $499 new on sale (vs. ~$850 list), which makes this configuration exceptional value. You get Wi-Fi 7, a 64 Wh battery, Ryzen AI 300 with on-die NPU, and a versatile 2-in-1 design—features that are uncommon at this price. If you’re shopping at $500–$600, this is an easy top pick provided you’re fine with a 300-nit panel and 16 GB fixed RAM.
