    I wandered in to Best Buy to check out a laptop as mine was not working right. The young man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and steered me in the correct direction as to what laptop would suit my needs. He also helped me trade in my old laptop for a credit. Definitely made it much easier for me!

    With the screen opened more than 90 degrees, the rear of the laptop rests on the display hinges (as opposed to the rubber bumps on the underside of the system). This caused the laptop to sit up a bit higher than its base which really bothered me. In addition to being asthetically unpleasant, I suspect this would cause the hinges to get scratched up and possibly fail prematurely. In addition, I found the keyboard to be generally unpleasant to use. The key size felt out of proportion to the rest of the device.

    So this laptop is all fine and fast, got very good screen and keyboard with a decent sound system. The main thing is I found that due to the tablet mode, the laptop system often converts itself to tablet mode even when it is in normal mode. As a result I found the keyboard not working twice, which actually got fine when I just restarted it. Other than that, it is a fine and good 14 inch laptop
