I’m very happy with this laptop. The setup was quick and easy, and everything worked smoothly right out of the box. Performance is fast for everyday tasks like web browsing, streaming, and office work, and the screen quality is clear and comfortable for long use. The keyboard feels good to type on, and the battery life is better than I expected. Overall, this laptop offers excellent value for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable everyday computer.

I really like this laptop. It works like it is supposed to, is very fast, and has great battery life.

Great performance, definitely not slow. I recommend for small businesses and students. I have used multiple heavy programs with multiple screens and had no issue. The only drawback I think it has is that it heats up while on charge and using heavy editing programs. I ordered a heating pad a few days ago. Will write another review if heating problem is solved.

I paid $1,099 for it, but then they dropped the price down to $799, which they price matched two weeks later. Some of the reviews state that the fan is very loud, not on mine. I love the touch screen, and the back lit keyboard. This is my 3rd Dell laptop, and so far each one of them lasted at least 10 years without getting slower, or having any issues. They only reason I upgraded was because my last Dell could not be updated to Windows 11. This is not a gaming laptop, but it's really good for everything else. It has a 16" display with a higher resolution than my last, 1 TB SSD, and 32GB ram, so I don't need to upgrade anything. It's also much thinner and lighter.

I have had this laptop for a couple of weeks and no complaints so far. I would call processing speed average, but it's got a nice, big screen and keyboard, plenty of storage, and it meets my needs just fine. Price is right, so I call it a good, functional laptop for the money.

I like the feature where your can connect your mobile phone. Since the new Iphone feature right now has only one port. So i can still charge it while on the phone call cause I dont wanna use the airpods or anything via bluetooth, I usually use wired earphones. It also smooth

The computer runs so well. It was so easy to use and I like how it looks. I had a black computer its nice to see the light blue. I love it.

Love my laptop, it runs smooth and super quick. Touch screen works great. My only issue is it constantly has security issues where I’m having to restart the drive and enter recovery code which is extremely inconvenient considering I use this laptop for work.

This is not a gaming PC. But for office tasks, personal finance, bookkeeping, online shopping, etc., it's great. It's sleek, light weight, good battery like...it just works and works very well.

I absolutely love this Dell Plus Copilot+ PC Laptop. It is quiet, fast and reliable. I have even used the touch screen and it works very well. The keys are backlit and feels good to type on. It has the number keypad. I also like the size of the screen which is the 16".

My laptop crashed and I went to the Geek Squad to help me. Alas, try as they might, they could not. I lost it all! I had to get another laptop and I chose the Dell Plus Copilot. I don't need one for work, just for personal use. This was smaller than my original but had touch screen and I like that. It wasn't that expensive either. I love it!

Product arrived quickly, well packaged and works well. Set up was very easy. The icy blue color is pretty.

Excellent laptop at an excellent price. The Ryzen 7 AI is a beast and the screen is beautiful. What pushed it to the top was the 32 GB RAM for less than similar machines with only 16gb. I have it hooked up to a docking station that gives me 3 screens of real estate and the battery life, though not the 22 hours stated, does give me 10-12 hours of actual use time.

I’ve had several different laptops over the years and this Dell 16 Plus is by far my favorite across a broad range of categories. Its sleek, long-lasting, lightweight & ultraportable!
