    Did not work on arrival. Customer support insisted on sending parts that were not the problem before providing a replacement which also did not work. The assembly of the 2nd unit was ridiculous. There were extra cables floating around in the case and the SSD housing was made from mismatched parts and ended up free floating off its cables as well. And we are still waiting on the next replacement. Absolutely abysmal value and service response. WOULD NEVER BUY from this company again.
