Broke down already. Have not had it a month yet. I was willing to deal with the keyboard issue and now no hard drive detected issue!!!

My PC isn't working properly; it shuts down while I'm using it! And they won't give me my money back. Now I have a PC that doesn't work, and I don't have the money for another one.

It would be an awesome little computer, however some of the keys don’t work and some of the files needed to do a factory reset are corrupt and or missing. I haven’t even had it for two weeks and it’s not eligible for a refund or return. I should’ve listened to the reviews that said don’t buy from this seller. Can’t very well blame the seller when it is Best Buy‘s choice to let them sell. They both suck. I will never buy here again.

Laptop didn't function properly. I returned item, but have not received a replacement. No one has contact me about the replacement.
Tried contacting a live person but get no support.
