Dell refurbish

Best Buy must improve the selection of the refurbish companies.

Great laptop for media viewing.

Setup was a breeze, it literally took 5 minutes to get everything up and going. I love the larger screen size, as I can view streaming movies and they look great. The touch screen is a convenient luxury I did not have in my last computer and comes in handy. Sound quality is very good as well. I highly recommend it.

Worst decision ive made in a while

Bought 2 identical laptops: one was fine, the other did not have (at least) the backlit keyboard which I need. Returned the one that did not have the specified extras, and ordered another of the same 5580 refurbished laptop. i just received it and wala, no backlit keyboard. Why is it so difficult to receive the product that is advertised!

They sent a replacement and it didn't work either. The hinges on the lid were broken. They sent the third one and you couldn't see what was on the screen. Don't waste your time or money. Joy something company refurbishes these and they are worthless.
