Poor software and support killed the sell.

Since they have built in speakers (poor) the audio software was very aggressive and knocked out my PC's audio driver. When I called Dell - the support was terrible. I was passed around like I was in prison. They even tried to say that since my PC was not Dell...that was the problem at which point I called "BS"...I returned the monitors and bought LG...I'm very happy with them.
