I’m able to get both audio and video although the video is not as sharp as with using a dell USB-c to display port adapter.

I am used to silent laptops, and the fan bothers me. 2. It lacks a 3.5 mm audio jack. Other than that, it seems like a good dock.

When it came in, the device would not power up. I returned this item a total of three times. Not sure if there is a bad batch in manufacturing but all 3 thunderbolt 4s that were sent to me each had the same problem. No power.

I have also included the user's guide for your reference. Please go to page 40 on Troubleshooting the Dell Thunderbolt Dock section for more information.
Here's the steps to help resolve your issue:
1. Disconnect USB Type-C from the system and the WD22TB4 power adapter.
2. Re-plug the WD22TB4 AC adapter.
3. WD22TB4 dock LED blinks 3 times
