    Purchased open box “excellent”. Noticed scratch on case seam and screws. Ran bios history which showed case opened and battery removed. It was either repaired or someone purchased and switched battery. Returned for a refund. Dissapointed.

    I want to also mention that Sheldon from the Geek Squad - Citrus Park Tampa store was excellent. He assisted me with setting up the programs in my computer and other computer related matters. He's an excellent Best Buy employee.
