    I cannot rave enough about this laptop. I’m using it to work through a doctorate and my job calls for international travel. This laptop fits my schoolwork and travel perfectly. Thank You Beat buy for carrying this excellent laptop and Dell.

    I recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and they were able to answer all of my questions and help me find the perfect laptop for my needs. I would definitely recommend it!

    This xps has potential to be 5 star but the video card for 4070 isnt the best for gaming which i didnt buy it for. Its been nice for my coding and i9 is stupid fast.

    This laptop looks nicer in person than pictures. Pretty well worth the money. Be aware this laptop does not have any USB – A type port in it. Although it comes with an adapter, you will find it larger than desired, so you will probably need to get a smaller one from Amazon or another retailer.

    I love my new computer. The staff at my local best buy were awesome. They didn't have what i wanted instock but within 2 days it was delivered straight to my front door.

    Worse computer purchase ever. Bluetooth will not stay connected. Sometimes wifi will also drop out. Will not save your settings. I keep blaming windows11 but not sure if DELL also has a lot to do with this train wreck. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unbelievable they are allowed to sell such junk.

We sincerely apologize for the numerous issues you have encountered with your laptop. This is not the type of feedback we like to hear from our customers, or the type of product Dell intends to deliver. Feedback like yours helps us improve our current and future products.
      Below, I have provided troubleshooting instructions with the full article that can help resolve this issue.

      1. Download and install the latest Wireless Card driver. After updating the driver, re-establish the connection with the Wireless Access Point and check the wireless performance.
      2. If the issue persists, proceed to step 3.
      3. Power-cycle the local network. Shut down the Dell system, the Wireless Access Point/Router, and the Modem. Wait a minimum of 60 seconds before powering up the components in the following order:
      4. Power ON the Modem, and wait for it to boot fully.
      5. Power ON the Wireless Access Point/Router, and wait for it to boot fully.
      6. Power ON the Dell system.
      7. Open Network and Sharing Center
      8. In the left-side navigation pane, click on Change Adapter Settings
      9. Right-click on the wireless connection icon and select Properties followed by the Configure button
      10. Under Wireless Options, select the Wireless N mode.
      11. For Windows 8 or later systems click the Advanced tab and look for 802.11n Mode on the right you will be given the option to Enable or Disable. If the mode is not visible you may need to update your drivers and firmware.
      12. From the drop-down menu, choose Disable followed by Ok
      13. This should restore the wireless download and upload speed. Internet speed can be tested at http://speedtest.net.

    It has met every expectation, with the exception of sound. Luckily I don't require audio except on TEAMS meetings and for that I have an external speaker

    Many hardware problems, I've already had to replace the motherboard twice. I've always had Dell, but I'm extremely disappointed with the number of defects it's been presenting and I'm decided to switch brands for future purchases.
