    Dell did excellent job on this laptop. I had macbookpro, But this laptop even better while working speed is same as macbookpro. You will never tired while working on this laptop.

    The screen flickers sometimes. I saw a couple other reviews mentioning the same problem. I’m going to contact Dell support if they don’t resolve the problem I’m returning it. This is a shame because this model has everything I wanted in a laptop and it was a gift for my wife. Plus it’s very expensive. We shouldn’t have this problem since apparently Dell should already be aware according to other reviews.

    I'm using this laptop for a while and there is nothing bad so far. I was hp user in a past but now dell is more reliable and sturdy laptop on my opinion.

    Great computer. Unfortunately, it was stolen and I settled for the xps 13 bc they didn't have the xps 15. Pay for the 15 bc the 13 is a waste of money.

    A little noisy, warms up and gets stuck (no response with black screen) upon leaving the machine at idle. A hard reboot is required to bring it back to life. All updates including firmware updates have been done but no change in the problem.

    I was so excited for this laptop. I bought it for architectural rendering and it checked ALL of my boxes. That was until I went to set it up. No more than 5 minutes in, the screen started flickering and the laptop was shutting down. I heard about this issue causing the computer to wipe itself. I thought it wouldn’t happen to me! I bought an external SSD just to be safe. Turns out I don’t even need the SSD because I returned this laptop immediately. Before I returned it I did some research online to see if anyone was able to get the flicker fixed. The short answer is no. Dell support is horrible and people claim they’ve sent this laptop in for repairs 3+ times with no resolution. Nope!!! I am sooooo bummed out. This laptop was perfect. Everything else with these specs is such a brick and ugly. I don’t want a gaming looking laptop, I want something super clean. Save yourself the time and trouble. Don’t buy it until Dell fixes these issues COMPLETELY!!!
