I am an mac person, and for the past 10 yrs using mac. Someone recommended XPSS so eventually bought it as there was some stuff I needed to do on windows. Overall I liked using it, but still cannot get the feeling of windows. Computer itself works fast but to me not as user friendly most likely because of chronic nature of using MAC.

I bought this as a portable solution for audio production. My first pc laptop in 17 years. Thoroughly impressed with the power this laptop has!

It is still a little early to tell, but thus far this has been an excellent choice in laptops. It has a powerful chip, yet does not get hot. The functionality is excellent. I do wish that it had additional USB ports, as there are only one on each side. Battery life has been excellent. Screen resolution is outstanding.

I like my Dell laptop very well. It is the 2nd I have owned. it is very comparable to my Toshiba Touch screen but a lot more expensive . I really haven't seen a difference , but the Toshiba went bad after 8 months .Time will tell if it will out perform. I think the problems are more Windows 10 related than computer itself.

This 4K laptop has stunning vibrant colors with good viewing angles. It got hot when installing softwares like steam and while playing games, the heat is unbearable. When heat is unbearable, the fan gets too loud. Maybe I got a defective item.

I already have the 13 inch version and wanted a bigger screen. This computer is light, fast and well priced. Highly recommended.

Fastest computer I have owned. You cannot beat a solid state drive. Every program loads up in no time. I use this computer for business.

Purchased for photo editing and general media production. The screen is brilliant and it has a sleek look while being quite powerful.

This is a great computer for intermediate and advanced users. I mainly use it for software development. I did have an issue using an external monitor and spent a couple weeks on the phone with Dell. Dell wanted me to return it to them for analysis. But then came Best Buy to the rescue. They exchanged it for a new unit. The new unit works great without issues. Way to go Best Buy. You have a customer for life....

Fast, responsive and fun to use. Great tool for business or personal. Light weight and versatile. Should have purchased sooner.

I really wanted to like this computer. Unfortunately, I had issues right out of the box. It took me about 30 minutes to get connected to the internet. However, it would not stay connected and when I would try to connect again it would say there wasn't any Internet Service. Despite, me watching television on my Internet TV, using another laptop via wifi, testing my tablet to ensure it had access to wife and my phone. All working successfully. I literally couldn't get past that issue to even determine if I liked the computer. Geek Squad worked on it the night I purchased via telephone. Then I took it back to Best Buy the next day to have them fix it. Got it back home because it was "fixed" only to have the same problem and having Geek Squad work on it remotely only to say to take it back to the store because it seemed like a hardware problem. I don't give computers second chances. It either works or it doesn't. I'm a Software Developer and on the PC every day. I don't want to waste time working on a brand new computer to get it to work. I will say it was bigger than what I thought it would be and it was difficult for me to find the home keys. I would start typing and then look at the screen to see my fingers were not where the should have been. That has never happened to me on a pc. The little grooves on the "F" and "J" keys are hardly noticeable, which sucks. Sorry I don't have more to share.

Great price. Great laptop. Easy to setup. Easy to transfer data. Very fast startup every day with the solid state drive.

When the laptop first arrived, it was consistently crashing. I came to realize that this was a simple matter of updating the BIOS and the drivers. Once that was accomplished, the laptop ran perfectly, and now I would highly recommend it: if you have a little technical know-how.

Dell Xps 15 is a great laptop , solid build quality , top specs . Finally a laptop to put a Mac Book pro to shame .
