The screen resolution is outstanding, I'm a photographer and was looking for a notebook that would display in hi resolution. Battery life is near the best in bread and you can see the screen in daylight. Would recommend buying this IF your looking for a HiEnd powerhouse!

Does everything I need

This machine is perfect and does everything I need.

Great laptop

I wish they had put a few more keys in the keyboard, and I wish the WebCam was at the top of the screen instead of the bottom – but otherwise it's an outstanding machine and looks great too. As a very pleasant surprise, mine came with a Toshiba 1TB XG3 M.2 NVMe SSD which is one of the fastest SSDs on the market at any price.

good windows laptop

Great System--Be Sure to Apply ALL the Updates

Make sure you download ALL the updates to both DELL and all the other peripherals. Also make sure you update Windows 10. There's a lot of new stuff here folks, and stay current by implementing DELL SupportAssist.

Need screen adjustment interface easier to use

Needs a simple interface to change screen setup between video and word type software. The battery life is better than any laptop I've ever used. The UHD screen is excellent in almost any light condition. I use it outside in daylight.
