Very powerful, great screen. Upgradable to 32GB of ram.

It is a really good laptop. I'm running Fedora (Linux) in it and still, it is surprisingly good. The only thing that annoyed me is that when I went to the store to purchase it, the discount (100 USD I think) was done and I had to pay the full price. The next day, the discount was back and remained for a while! Weird.

4K screen has inherent screen flickering which is apparently common on this computer. Also, minor glitches while using Cyberlink Power Director 14. All in all, this is a good computer.

Great speed and screen resolution. Have not used Windows 10 before and preferred 7. Issues related to specific device - operates great, no problems, fast processor, responsive keyboard. Appreciate being able to use external mouse or touch screen. Very good all around computer. Pricey but gets you great graphics.

I was looking for a laptop that would allow me to run audio and video intensive software at speeds faster than a snails pace. With its 1 TB SSD hardrive, 16GB of Ram, and 6th generation i7 processor, this laptop did not disappoint. It runs cool, quiet, and fast. Lastly, the audio is fantastic. Highly recommended.

I purchased this laptop for photoediting while traveling. It is perfectly suited for this as the configuration supports processing of large photo files and the use of photoediting software such as Photoshop. Also the 4K monitor is outstanding. In addition, its size and weight make it easy to pack and carry.

I've always purchased the Dell XPS and have been very pleased. The only thing so far I'm not happy about is having Windows 10 and the multiple programs that are not compatable.

This is a great high end laptop with great specs. I have had it about a month and it has performed very well. The fit and finish of this laptop is suburb. You can't go wrong with this laptop.

A sorely need jump to newer tech: high res screen, I7 processor, backlit keyboard, great 16 mg memory, and SS 1T drive. WHOOPS, Only missing piece is the 10-key pad on the keyboard for number input that I regularly used before, so I will be looking for one to add as a plug in.

Windows blue screen of death twice but maybe that was our fault. I wish I had bought the fold completely around keyboard to make it into a tablet.

the camara is in the botom of the screen, so if you want to chat, you need to be far away or recline the screen. The performance is excelent!

I am by no means a computer aficionado, but this is an amazing machine. Fast processors, does everything I ask of it with ease. Only complaint is the monitor quality. It seems to get pixelated with black colors in movies. Don't notice it with other colors, just black.

Only cons is that does not have a Ethernet Port. But with a docking station works perfect Some Issues on the Windows 10 Bios must be done with the updates in order to prevent Windosw Crash The battery life woud be medium duration time. Not ideal for overseas flight.

I love the new laptop. The best part was the Best Buy support and support from the Delll Representative.

We've had this for years now, but from the get go had issues. Within one month, the RAM failed. Dell did send us new memory and we fixed it, but this was a huge inconvenience for such an expensive purchase. Now, the mouse track board is popping up d/t battery being swollen/failed. More work on this. Got a MacBook six months later and nary an issue.

I'm very satisfied with this laptop. It's light, sleek, yet packed with performance. So far I have not been disappointed (even without the Ethernet port and only two USB ports). The graphics are insane. The only drawback for me is Windows 10, which I am not a fan of.

This computer has a great looking screen and that is why i chose it. I have had 0 issues with it. My only complaint would be the terrible sounding speakers which have 0 bass and arent very loud my phone is 2x as loud and has much better quality. (Note 5)

This laptop has a full size, backlit keyboard, and a highly responsive touch screen that is bright and clear. The SSD memory is HUGE (1TB) and SSD is so much faster than a mechanical hard drive that the thing boots almost instantly. It's cool and quiet, too.

Specs are off the chart. If I had to point out its only flaw, albeit minor, it is that the keyboard area is black and therefore a lot of the oil from your hands will show up. Constantly wiping the keyboard. Other than that it is a superb machine.
