I came into Best Buy at least (3) times trying to decide which computer was the the best fit for me. With the help of the folks on the floor and reading every review I could find about computers I decided on this model. The clarity of the screen is just amazing. The responsiveness is as if it reads my mind. Seriously the best computer I have owned to date. I also like the ability to use it as a pad as well. I can't say enough good things about this computer.

Horrible experience with display corruption and misfiring Intel display drivers. Lots of pop-up notifications from Windows 10 highlighting the Intel Display driver crashing and strange freezing, layering and corruption of the display content that wasn't solved by driver updates. I mainly used the Dell Update utilities that came pre-installed. My personal Inspiron 13.3 doesn't have any of these issues and was the main reason I chose the XPS 15 for work. I agree with others that have echoed similar complaints; what happened to the testing that Dell is renown for? Why so many problems on this top-of-the-line model? I really wanted to like this laptop but there was too much instability out-of-the-box. Returned and looking at Toshiba Radius now.

I had my eyes on this from the moment I walked in. Beautiful PC and all the specs I wanted. But, the price was a bit of a reach. Well...more than a reach - WAY too much. However, along comes a rep who says "hey...I saw you were eying that Dell...what if I told you I could get it to you for 1/3 less?" Well, sir, you have my attention. Turns out they had an open box with the power cord and that was it. At the price I paid, I was more than happy. The 4K screen is just beautiful.

I bought this to get something lighter and faster than my current laptop (a Dell Precision). I bought the XPS 15 touch with the i7-6700HQ, 1TB SSD, w/ 16GB Ram. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M graphics card works great - currently I am running intensive graphics programs - Revit, Sketchup, Phtoshop, etc. The computer does not seem to lag and handles it well.

Beautiful display with fast hard drive. Price is great in comparison to a MacBook pro.

I researched laptops on line and most users really liked the Dell. I had narrrowed my choices to the Dell XPS 15 and the HP Spector 15. I previously had used a HP Envy, so I was biased to HP. However, comparing the processors, the HP`s core i7 was only a dual core, whereas the Dell had a full 4 core i7. The 1GB solid state drive was frosting on the cake. I have had it for about a month now and have no regrets. Great laptop!

Very high end, gorgeous Laptop. I must admit that after performing system upgrades, my first laptop developed periodic screen flashes and Blue Screens. I returned that unit and picked up a second unit. This has run flawless and as expected. it is fast, screen is beautiful and bright, pretty much what I expected. Is it pricey, yes. Is the latest in hardware and to some degree future proof (meaning, will be sufficient for the next 4-5 years of operation for me), yes. Despite the various reviews I read prior to the purchase that stated that folks were having issue, Dell seems to have addressed most based on my experience and I would recommend this to somebody looking for a high end Laptop that performs like a desktop.

finally a computer that do not test my patience. It is what i wanted in a computer 3 years ago. The only thing that might bother some people is that with one of the updates the touch pad stopped working. it does not bother me since i use a mouse and it is a touch screen laptop. The other is not a problem of the computer but one of the programs that i use not supporting the graphic resolution. Which I love.

All the latest features, bells and whistles, this laptop is finally a dream for Windows 10 users and offers extreme versatility from entertainment to professional work.

Found this open box and haggled down to $1,350. It's a fantastic machine. The 4k is stunning, bezel is unbelievable and the 1tb SSD/16 gigs of RAM is perfect for heavy use. The reliability of this model in general is highly suspect, so I used my savings for a 3-yr Squaretrade accidental warranty. If you can find a good price on this machine, it's a no brainier. It handily replaced my Macbook. No regrets.

I have used this laptop for 7 months now, and it remains a great performer. It is fairly lightweight, very speedy even with large data files and video editing, and it remains cool. The build quality is holding up as well as it's aesthetic appeal. I also bought it for less money at Best Buy than what Dell was offering online even with multiple discounts, so I remain very satisfied.

It was a great purchase. I was looking for good computer and I found it. It is fast and it comes with everything I need for my job. I will recommend this computer to anyone who is looking for a Dell. It has been great so far and I hope it will continue to be. I have been happy with Dell since I bought my first Computer a while back, so I knew what I was getting once I bought my new Dell.

I love this laptop. I went to buy a gaming laptop and it ended up being out of stock. I got this one as an out of the box and they even knocked off a bit more.

Purchased the Dell XPS primarily to do photo editing with Lightroom and Photoshop. The Dell does an excellent job keeping up the graphics used in these photo editors. My only complaint is the weight, but, I'll have to accept the weight to get performance.

Lots of storage, great looking, lighting fast. Fantastic screen resolution.

I have reached out to Best Buy to help with my needs of gaming and installation of a heavy software , they have proposed all in all a good graphic card , gaming laptop. I am having amazing exp with this new one. The Best Buy associate has had patience to listen to my needs and proposed few better option for me to decide which also takes care of my budget and quality

I like it, its fast. I like the 1 tb ssd part mostly. But it should come with premium edition of windows 10 for professionals

Picked up the 2016 model with a good sale price. 2017 model has a few upgrades but this machine meets/exceeds all of my needs. Will primarily use for photo editing with light video editing and so far it has handled with ease. Screen and overall design are beautiful. Unfortunate camera placement, but I don't use it very much so was not an issue for me.

Pros 4k display, touch screen, solid state drive, backlit keys.
