I’ve had terrible experiences with computers and went to Best Buy hoping there was a chance I could find a laptop I could use for classwork in my college courses, could also run ProTools, and had a touch screen function that could replace my ancient drawing tablet. This computer achieved all of that. Plus I can play games, Skype, watch Netflix, anything I need! I love it!

Replaced my ultra light with the XPS. 512GB solid state drive was a big decider. Overall the XPS has functioned flawlessly. Only drawback is when it says that it is a tablet it is sort of. The tent format is very good and has come in handy. The tablet format, well, once you fold the screen all the way over you have to hold the XPS as the keyboard has no protection. So if you like holding a 2+ pound tablet, go for it. Even with that drawback I would still buy the XPS again.

Liked its design, it's small, light and good configurations

This laptop is a Surface/MacBook air competitor. It is very lightweight and thin. When I was carrying it in my backpack, I almost did not feel it there. This is a big difference compared to my old dell 5 lbs laptop. It is also sufficiently powerful for day to day tasks. I am very pleased with my decision to go with it.

I found the exact features that I was expected also long lasting battery life, which makes me easy to travel everywhere.

Fast and light i downloaded big programs as photoshop netbens visual studio abd it’s still fast . I think it’s the best

Solid machine, great monitor, not high performance since this is a "Y" i7 processor.

The computer if very compact and powerful. The computer is quick and easy to utilize.

Really enjoy the versatility of the 2-in-1. A couple of minor issues with the unit. 1. Unable to create the recovery drive during initial setup. Just received an error, "unable to create recovery drive". 2. Unable to install Chrome on this unit. No error, just never installed. New to Windows 10, so it all could be user error. Everything else works as expected. Will be visiting the Geek Squad.

It will run crisis, runs office, battery life could be better

I’ve always believed that once you go Mac, you never go back... that was until I got this laptop for my better half. Now, I’m left looking at her using this beautiful device while I feel envy and angst. It is better, faster, and lighter then my top of the line MBP...

Great laptop for a good price! Would highly recommend,suits all of my needs

Haven’t had any issues with it. Got it for how thin and light weight it was, easy to transport back and forth from home/work/school. Touch screen works nicely. Finger print passcode is a plus +

This laptop is the perfect 2 in 1. Works great in tablet mode. It is small and comfortable to use. I was torn between the surface pro and the dell 2 in 1. I am so glad I decided to go with the dell. It feels like a superior build quality. I was looking for something that could be used as a family laptop/tablet and I have no doubt this will stand up to the task for my 5 year old. Other laptops this size felt fragile on the hinges in tablet mode. yes you can have a thin lightweight laptop that feels like its built to last. FOLDS SUPER THIN!

This is one of the most beautifully designed machines I have ever seen. But there is a core problem. It's just extremely underpowered and so susceptible to throttling, it's hard to use for anything more then web browsing. I cannot believe just simple background installation of Windows Updates was enough to max the CPU out to 100% and throttle it down to 680Mhz. It was unusable during the background download of the Windows Update. This wasn't the only case of severe thorttling. Seemingly mundane tasks were enough to max out this i7 processor and cause it to overheat and hit severe throttling. I'd beware if you really want to use this for more than web browsing. The lack of a fan in this machine has seriously crippled it. It's ashamed for a machine of this price range. You max the RAM, SSD and the 4K screen and you are spending serious money.

So far so good. I haven't loaded it down too much yet and will update accordingly. However, it is extremely sharp looking, light weight, fast, and has beautiful display.

This 2-1 does the things I need to do well. As a consultant I wanted compatibility and portability. Dell makes a solid product, and BetsBuy's Out of Box option allowed me to buy a full featured, QHD 2-1 for just over $1000.
