    OMG, my new Dell Desktop and Laptop are phenomenal. They boot up real fast (less than 15 seconds). The Geek Squad was excellent in transferring files from my old PC to both of my new devices. They easily helped me with a subsequent issue I was having. I would highly recommend Best Buy and their squad of Geeks.

    Really good for personal use. It can convert into a tablet which is nice and you can use an windows ink pen to write on it. Highly recommend for those looking for a personal computer. Doesn't have a good graphics card so beware if you like to play games.

    Do not buy open boxes I had one and was not happy. In the other hand Best Buy change it for a new one in a closed box with no cost.. I do recomend buying in Best Buy. Its just more fun then go to internet and also they match the price

    Hello I didnt got the receipt. I have a problem with the xps computer that I bought from you. The tuoch screen is not working, I tried to reach dell support to help me but they told me i need the receipt. Nimrod levi

    the I7 in this is a joke. display looks amazing. super high priced internet machine. slow as molassas video transcoding. not functional for light gaming. just plain trash.

      1. Close all open windows.
      2. Press the Windows logo key + X key on the keyboard.
      3. Click Control Panel.
      4. Click System and Security.
      5. Under Security and Maintenance, select Troubleshoot common problems.
      6. Under System and Security, click Run maintenance tasks.
      7. Follow the on-screen instructions and prompts to complete the process.
      8. Restart the PC.

    I bought the FIRST Dell and loved it, until I discovered that there was NO audio installed on it. Exchanged it for ANOTHER Dell, same model. Found out that this one ALSO did not have Audio installed. Took it to the Geek Squad and they confirmed that there was no audio on the darn thing. Returned it to Best Buy, who I might add gave me a hard time returning it, and bought a Samsung, which is performing beautifully.

    I purchased this for my middle school grandson. He enjoys all the features, great for games, view Netflix and meets his needs. It will be great for school...Homework and projects. It should last through high school.

    This is a great laptop for everyday use at the office and at home! It's quick and powerful. The most important thing for me is how light it is, considering I commute with it everyday. Highly recommended!
