I had used the dell xps computer in the past and was ready for a new computer that came preinstalled with windows 10. Stuill getting used to windows 10 and it still has some glitches. Don't know if ots the software or the hardware.

I absolutely LOVE my new Desktop! I used this PC to replace my slow as molasses Dell All-In-One Desktop PC that I purchased last year. It was the BEST purchase I have made in the past few years. I use this PC to run my IT Consulting business and it's the best WORK horse I have now.

I needed a new computer for my work from home that allows for heavy multi-tasking using three monitors. My multi-tasking requires that I often have 20-25 windows open to multiple systems and information sources at once without bogging down. The Dell XPS I purchased works great!!

I bought this computer because of Consumer Reports' rating and recommendation. It performs very well and was significanrly less expensive rhan other computers I considered. It came with Windows 10, which is a bit of a challenge but one I am enjoying, for the most part.

It's been a real challenge as we changed from an all in one back to a desktop and from Windows 7 to Windows 10 but mostly it has been fine. The software changes are a lot worse than the hardware. Love the Dell XPS!

I am very happy with my new computer. It is so much faster. It does have windows 10, but I have it set up so that it resembles windows 7, which I was used to. I have the things I use most on the desktop.

This tower was a bargain compared to what I would've paid for a touchscreen desktop.

I use this computer daily and run at least 10 windows on the internet at a time. It does everything I was told by the sales associate.

The hard drive was easy to set up and get info moved. My fourteen year old backed up the info and set everything up all by himself.

Nothing less than expected. Computer preforms as advertised. Came with Windows 10 so had a bit to adjust to, but all's good.

Good product so far. However, had to call customer support. Not happy. The warranty starts on the date of manufacture if you did not buy it from Dell.com. Because of this I will not buy a Dell again.

I am happy with the computer, but I was supposed to receive a $100 gift card in the purchase and did not receive it. I have called twice on November 24 and 30 and after talking to several persons over some length of time have been hung up on. I am not happy with the telephone treatment for either call.

Purchased this as an open box item at our local bestbuy store for about half the retail price. Couldn't be happier with the performance and savings. My son is happy about the video editing capabilities, much better than our old i5 computer.
