Always bought Dell computers. Usually directly from Dell online. This is the first one that I purchased from somewhere other then online at Dell. The price was actually less at Best Buy then through Dell. The computer is all that I asked for in regard to speed, and memory. I do not think I will ever buy another computer online from Dell before I check Best Buy.

Computer arrived in 2 days and setup was a snap. This computer is fast and not loaded down with a bunch of unwanted software. I have bought many Dell computers, but this is my first one bought not through Dell. I am very happy with this purchase would do it again.

I use my computer as a server for my office. I have at least 7-10 computers connected to this one at any given time. The computer is super responsive and quick at running programs.

Arrived early. Set up was easy and the computer continues to function without a problem. Not sure I like Windows 10, but the computer itself runs smoothly.

My Dell XPS 8900 arrived in just a few days and was packed securely. It was very easy to set up, and I found minimal bloatware to uninstall. It's a workhorse, as it handles my HD video editing for YouTube and photo editing in Photoshop with no problems. It also has a ton of USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports (10 total). Also, if you're familiar with Windows, don't be too afraid of Windows 10. With the compatibility mode, I've been able to run a number of older programs I still use. Office 2003 installed without a hitch, and I play classic games like Command and Conquer flawlessly. The only exception is a few CD SafeDisk games from the mid 2000's, due to security issues support for these programs was not included in Windows 10. Most of those games can be repurchased in digital form. 16GB of RAM is more than enough, and the processor is more than capable. The only upgrades I can see would be a completely optional SSD to speed up the cashe, and the video card. Although I haven't had any issues myself, I don't play a ton of the newest HD games. Upgrading the card would be easy, and the power supply is 460W and can handle a card up to 225W. Overall the XPS 8900 is a great computer, and a real bargain for just over $1000.

Nice PC. Had issues right out of the box. Dell provided great customer support to replace the hard drive. Sent a tech right to my house to do the work. Thanks Dell

I was looking for a new box to run my CC LR & PS on but as the same time did not want to break the bank. I reviewed quite a few Desktops and read many reviews and for an out of the box, plug and play, I went with the Dell XPS 8900 I7 (16 gig) and with room to grow it. I've been impressed, little to no bloatware and it's been solid since turning it on,
